Great Spot!

My group and I had a splendid time staying here! It’s super close to plenty of grocery stores and maybe a 20 minute drive to some larger beaches. I would happily stay again!

First off I want to say it was an amazing stay. The property was beautiful, and we arrived a little early and was able to check in. Cecile was an amazing host and answered every question in a fast time. I will be staying here again!

Perfect Stay

I stayed here for my son’s Soccer tourney at Premier Sports Campus which was an easy 30 min drive. The house felt bigger than I expected and had all the basic amenities to get through a couple day stay. The spa hot tub was excellent before and after games! The primary master bed was very cozy! Excellent experience and would stay here again!

Clean and quiet getaway

Cute house with all the amenities, great location in a quiet neighborhood. Had a very comfortable stay, enjoyed the backyard space too. Nice to have beach chairs and towels to use. House didn’t provide more than 1 extra roll of toilet paper or trash bags, we had no problem but for a family of 4 or longer stay it may be an issue. Overall very good experience!

Loved it!

Beautiful property, felt safe in the area.Easy check In! Property was very clean, inside and out. Easy to get to, our son was playing at IMG which was about 14 mins away for a soccer tournament. Bring your own paper products, paper towels , napkins , and toilet paper but everything else was already there. Beach towels, plenty of bath towels and clean sheets are provided. Would stay again!

Besser geht es nicht!

Es war einfach genial. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich und zuverlässig. Über sämtliche Aspekte wurde man informiert, es blieben keine Fragen offen. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer tollen Gegend von Bradenton, sehr ruhig und mit viel Grün drumherum. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Smoothie King (unser Tipp fürs Frühstück), Banken, alles da. Das Objekt ist das sauberste, was wir bisher erlebt haben. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Aufenthalt war schlichtweg perfekt! Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin.

Everything was very nice. Had 2 problems. 1:shower floor was slick and scary. Needs a mat. 2: refrigerator doors when one opened and then you close it the other woukd pop open slightly. Often by the time we knew it, it had been open for a while because we were sitting outside.

Pleasant stay-Jan 2025

We stay the whole month of January at this property. For a short stay it’s a great option!Pros:-Hot tub was great. Had to buy a new filter as it shuts off if the filter gets too dirty-Nice quiet & pretty neighborhood-Several places to sit and enjoy/eat outside-Plenty of towels & toilet paper-Short walk to the riverfront-Park nearby-Good location to restaurants, shopping, etc-Comfortable bed-New gas grill was nice-TV allowed us to log into all our streaming platforms Cons-No dishwasher, we bought paper plates to cut down on washing dishes -Small kitchen. Not a big deal if you aren’t cooking much-Not a lot of kitchen supplies/dishes for a long stay. -Some pillows need replacing -Washing machine has a strong odor(so does the water here so it’s likely from standing water in hoses)Doesn’t make the clothes smell but you can’t leave door open or you smell it-Shower has no door/curtain just a glass wall halfway. We found it to be chilly and water got on the floor. We used a cheap shower liner to create a “door”-Tub is slippery, need a mat or non slip strips-Water pressure and temp could be better-Not a lot of storage for clothes (not a big deal for short trips) and guest room closet is not accessible due to the bed blocking the closet door-Need some light blankets for the beds as the duvet was too thick to really use-Keypad entry would be preferred. Getting to the right key when it’s dark and your hands are full isn’t ideal-Need more lamps in all the rooms

The main part of the house was good. Unfortunately, the “sun room “ had a terrible musty, moldy oder, we had to leave it closed the whole time we were there.
