Welcome to Suncoast Serenity — a 4-bedroom Bradenton home built around an oversized, heated saltwater pool. It’s bigger than what you usually see in West Bradenton screened pools, so the whole group can actually swim, float, and hang out together — not just dip their feet. You’re 10–15 minutes from Anna Maria Island beaches and minutes to the Riverwalk, IMG, dining, and groceries.

Very large, private, heated saltwater pool in a screened lanai (gentle on skin & swimsuits, no chlorine smell).

Family setup for 2 families / 10 guests — king, 2 queens, bunk/kids room.

Beach + baby gear included (beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, cooler, pack-n-play, highchair, stroller) so you don’t have to rent it.

Streaming bundle (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Max, Apple TV) for nights in.

EV charger in the garage — rare in this area.

The pool & outdoor space:

Oversized, heated saltwater pool — room for kids to splash on one side while adults float on the other.

Screened lanai with lounge seating + outdoor dining.

NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE - $99 for one dog, $149 for 2 or more dogs if communicated before check-in. $100/per day for failure to inform the host prior to check-in

Pets must be fully house trained and vaccinated

No pets allowed on the furniture, bedding or inside the pool

Pets must be leashed at all times when not in our fenced yard

You must control barking when outside, especially at night or early morning. We are in a community with a lot of families, so just to keep that in mind

All pet waste in the yard must be cleaned up prior to your check-out; an additional fee will apply if our team has to pick it up

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your pet/s causes during your stay

This was our fifth year staying at this beach house, and it continues to be the perfect spot for our family vacation. There's plenty of room for everyone—whether it's sleeping, relaxing, or playing games together. The backyard pool is a great bonus when we want a break from the beach, and the location is ideal—close to restaurants, entertainment, and everything the area has to offer.The owner is fantastic—always quick to respond and very attentive. We had a small issue during our stay, and someone was there to check it out within just a couple of hours. You really can’t beat that level of service.Highly recommend this home for any family looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient beach getaway!

Perfect stay

We had a group of five sets of moms and daughters for a soccer tournament at IMG. The house is close to IMG, grocery, restaurants and beaches. Ideal location. Very well-equipped kitchen, big gathering spaces. Will stay again when we go to Bradenton!

23rd annual golf getaway

Property was exceptional as we stayed here last year as well. Golfer ages from 42-75. Heated pool was perfect to relax after golf. Very close to many nice restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Property mgr. Moira was attentive to all our needs!

The cutest summer rental

This property was all we could ask for. The perfect property for our family with teens. Very cute & clean home with everything we could need available to us . Nice house

Wonderful stay

The house and outdoor pool/patio area were furnished beautifully and the backyard landscaping was so pretty. There were pool and beach toys galore and the kitchen had everything you could want. All in all a very relaxing, pleasant stay.

Wonderful Home for the Family!

My husband, 3 sons, 2 daughters-in -laws, 3 grandchildren, and I all enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had wonderful space for our group. Very nicely decorated!!! This property has a garage which was great to leave some things in. Our family all agreed that we would definitely stay here again. A huge than you to the owners for allowing us to stay! 😃

5 Star Property

Location was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfy, and home was spacious and very clean. Pool and outdoor seating was perfect. Large variety of pool floats for all ages. We swam and lounged around and played lots of card games. Moira was very responsive when reaching out with questions. We would defiantly stay here again, and highly recommend Suncoast Serenity.

Great time

My family spent our yearly vacation here and we loved staying in this location. It is a great family location if you have kids. We enjoyed the indoor pool (nice size), beaches, and finding new places to eat. Everything was nice and clean and looks just like the pictures.
