We didn't stay...

With the initial impressions of a rat running around outside, it didn't get off to a good start. As we entered the apartment the cleaner was still there at 7:30pm, there was a strange smell, there were stains on the bed sheets, there was no hand soap, the utilities were in poor condition and it over all felt very unkept. We very quickly decided that we simply couldn't stay at this place and booked a hotel instead.

I would like to review this property however we never received the check in details as promised when confirming our arrival. We were left without a property to stay in and therefore had to book something else at very short notice. No refund received or communication after the first initial contact.

Terrible

Colleagues were booked for 3 nights, only stayed the first night as it was terrible. Linen & towels dirty/stained. Heater was hanging off the wall. Kettle missing, Induction hob tripped off repeatedly. Window broken. Shower tray blocked and the electric shower wouldn't regulate a decent temperature. Dirty/rusty cutlery.

Property is a scam. More of a brothel than a hotel

This property left me in absolute disgust. As soon as you enter the building overwhelming stench of urine hits you in the face, only followed by dirty underwear left on the hallway fire alarm and holes kicked into the walls (photos attached) I was hoping that my room would be ok but i wasn't. Window looking out onto a busy street is smashed and dont lock, therefore i could hear everything what was going on outside from 10pm till early morning hours. Music from the night club just round the corner, drunks, junkies and prostitutes. It was so loud as if they were in the room with me. When i confronted the owner about early the next day, he's reply was that "window has nothing to do with him". I was speechless, how on earth broken window is not his problem?..... The rest of the flat also left a lot to desire.(pictures attached). Hairdresser and Iron are not provided, only one towel, bath mat in a bathroom obviously used and dirty. Urine stained mattress left in a living room. Property owner refuses my refund after i checked out the next day early in the morning as he never replied to my concerns the evening before. This property should never be on Hotels.com in a state that it is.

Do not recommend.

Apartment was terrible, bathroom sink was coming apart, sofas was rock solid, has drinks up the walls, stunk like piss you really did catfish in regarding to the pictures posted. Booked for 2 apartments and was only given one on arrival, communication was appalling. Took a lot to get the refund and was an overall bad experience staying there.

Smoke alarm went off every night, people obviously smoking in apartments. Constant smell of cannabis. Windows were so thing traffic and pedestrians kept you awake. Voiced these issues to the owner and it was not acknowledged, let alone a apology offered. Rubbish thrown from windows and just left on the balcony area.

Very disappointed, Not recommended.

Booked an apartment for 2 people, the bed was a large singe not big enough for two people, so my husband returned home. Only one towel for 2 people and two very poor quality pillows. I had to ask for another towel and an extra pillow. I got a towel 2 days later. No bedside table, or lamp (as shown in photos) for putting phones on charge or glasses of water. No kitchen table and chairs (as also shown in photos) to eat your meal off. There was a small sofa but this is not ideal to eat off. No kitchen bin and no means of disposing the rubbish. Although the neighbours threw theirs out of the window the alley way below!! I booked this apartment for two main reasons; free parking and access to a washing machine. There was no free parking anywhere locally (and hasn’t been since April2019 so I found out) and the added stress of finding somewhere to park for 13 hours while I was at work as it was all 2 hour limit throughout Bradford. I found a parking space by the hospital for £8 a day and then had to pay to park outside the apartment, in total I paid an additional £80 in parking. The washing machine was constantly in use. It was incredibly noisy with revellers constantly shouting and fighting and the Police made several visits to the street to deal with problems. The apartment uses Saniflo systems for the toilet and the kitchen which when used they smell atrocious. So I’m afraid I cannot recommend this apartment, and would actually say to avoid the area completely.

Says free parking, on street parking that you need to pay for. No free wifi. Walls paper thin, you could easily hear next door then they a party until 4 in the morning. Very clean, very modern.

Got told to be at the apartment for 2 travelled over 100 miles to be told I couldn’t check in until 4. Went back for 4 the room hadn’t been cleaned so was told I had to go back in another hour. When we eventually got to the room, I paid for the most expensive room to be given the more cheaper room. Wasn’t clean at all rubbish and left over food left in the cupboards, bedding wasn’t clean and smelt and flooring was greasy. Pictures look absolutely lovely and it’s nothing like that when you get there. Booked for 2 nights and had to come home early it was that unbearable
