“Hotel discreto, senza troppe pretese, in linea con le tre stelle dichiarate. È molto vicino alla stazione Temple Meads, il che lo rende ideale per il tragitto in bus da e per l'aeroporto e per visitare in treno altri gioielli della zona (Bath, Salisbury etc). Il centro si può raggiungere a piedi senza fatica. Il personale è gentilissimo e sorridente. La colazione è migliorabile come qualità e varietà. L'insonorizzazione delle camere non è ottimale. Il bagno è una specie di cabina di plastica....
