“It was easy to get in the room with an access code. No need to worry about a key or key card. The room itself was clean and all necessary remotes and items were easy to find, however the windows were really dirty, so we kept the blinds closed. The bed was comfy and the refrigerator had enough space for what we needed. The house was a very short walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants which was very convenient. We would have used the porch, but there was a large lift/contraption...

“The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund.”

“My family and I had an awesome week here. Beautiful home. Very nice decor. The home was very clean. Easy check in/out. Having a parking spot was a major plus. Quiet area. The host went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. A lot of little welcoming touches. Top notch beach chairs and umbrella. The only things you need to pack are your clothes. Everything else was supplied. Excellent communication with host. I highly recommend this home. I would definitely stay here again. ”

Free off street parking - first come first serve, but we had no issues since we stayed off season. Host did recommend paid parking locations but we did not need it.Would recommend and revisit! Only issue, the carpet in the main room curls up and can be a tripping hazard. We moved one of the mats to keep it down and didn't have any issues after that.”

“It was a nice space in a good location. However, the listing is misleading. I wouldn’t exactly call it 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is its own room with a door. There is a common living area with a couch, sink, and kitchenette that also has a bed in it. This would have been nice to know as my group was expecting two separate bedrooms. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions and had to send multiple messages and call after my check-in time to figure out how to check in. ”

“Host was great. Easy yet secure entry and exit. Apartment was clean with all the amenities. Bed was comfortable and a large screen TV in the room. I stayed in February with temps in single digits and the apartment was warm and I had the ability to regulate the temperature. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels.
