“What a wonderful surprise to arrive at the Ocean Promenade. Our room was a large one bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen and fresh furnishings. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and could watch the tides go in and out. The room was extremely clean and daily service was excellent. The little coffee shop in the building offered great breakfasts and lunches at a reasonable price. Highly recommend”

“The B&B was amazing - such a beautiful place to stay. Stunning views of the river from the whole property and the extensive garden. Great to have the hot tub too.
