“Great location. Elevator was not working more than it was working. Asked if I could give them my stamped postcards so the postcards could be put in with the regular hotel mail and was told, “not possible, we don’t do that” - and I am fluent in Portuguese. Have been to many countries and this was the first time I was told my stamped postcards couldn’t be included with normal hotel mail.”

“All very pleasant. Hard to find in hills outside of Braga. Pool needs to be skimmed more often. Room shower needs repair.”

“Friendly attentive staff, top notch bartender and drinks, beautiful breakfast, excellent amenities and Massage. My one concern is the quality of the bed. The springs were felt through the mattress, and I had a very uncomfortable four night sleep with the strings sticking into my back.”
