We had no problems with our access pin. Loved all the information that was available in our room, so we knew places to eat, shop, and things to do. Loved the air conditioning unit, which kept our room cool on some hot days. Total recommend Crosby Lofts.”

“Honestly one of the worst places I have ever stayed. We showed up and over an hour past check in and there wasn’t a room ready. We had to switch from a single queen to a double full room because they didn’t know when a queen would be ready. The blankets were super old and not very comfortable at all. Beds weren’t comfortable at all, hardly any towels, no wash clothes and when we got an extra towel it had a huge hole in it. People were constantly smoking right outside the side door by our room so...
