“Pulizia della camera approssimativa. Lontana dal centro senza servizio navetta. Senza auto è assolutamente sconsigliata. La colazione mediocre . In un posto così ci di aspetta English breakfast invece era continentale con prodotti commerciali . Nulla di cucinato in casa una delusione! Posto molto carino , bella la struttura ma non ci tornerei.”

“The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt. Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. The SPA was superb and offered the best...

“Bästa hotellet hittills på vår resa. Ligger inte centralt men var otroligt bra hotell. Vi tyckte det var väldigt trevligt med bra restaurang och bar. Rummet var jättefint med riktigt bra säng, vi sov jättebra och vaknade utvilade. ”

“The hotel is very well located respect the railway station and it’s a very well designed with all the amenities, such as gym, swimming pool, the only black spot is the accuracy for cleaning. Fingerprints on the mirror and the shower cabin and other minor details. Staff at the reception and at the bar very kind and customer oriented”

The staff in general was young and inexperienced, but the tried their best."
