Lake Therapy On Keuka | Lakefront | FLX | Hot Tub

  • Stay along 200 feet of private Keuka Lake shoreline at this spacious four-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Branchport. Designed for families and groups, the property offers two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, five single beds, a six-person hot tub, private dock, lake-view deck, fire pit, and full kitchen with stainless-steel appliances.

    Spend your days boating, exploring Finger Lakes wineries, or relaxing beside the water. The home also includes high-speed WiFi, a Smart TV, washer and dryer, free parking, and family-friendly amenities such as a crib, highchairs, booster seats, toys, and games.

    The dock accommodates one small boat. Guests must bring boat bumpers, and water levels may vary. Before docking, guests are required to photograph the dock and send the images through the Airbnb or Vrbo chat. A gas grill and tanks are provided, but guests are responsible for refilling the propane when needed and cleaning the grill after use.

    Please note that this is a strict no-pet property due to a severe family allergy. The refrigerator’s ice maker and water dispenser are not operational.

This house was perfect for our girls' winter getaway. We had the best time relaxing in the hot tub watching the snow. The deck was beautiful, and the placement of the hot tub was clutch. Would absolutely sray again!

Wonderful family vacation

Perfect week on Keuka Lake. Home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Lake front with easy water access can’t be beat. Home owners thought of everything to make it a comfortable stay.

Criticism: no light in frigdge. Adirondack chairs (2-3) falling apart.. At least 2-3 cabinets missing knobs. Sink faucet working but not properly. Spider webs under furniture .( grandkids pointed this out!)

Nice house, great location

Annual family trip, wonderful house that is well appointed, great location on the lake. Midway on the left side of the “Y “of the lake. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the back deck is very spacious and nice. We had a boat that we rented separately tied up to the dock the whole time, was fantastic access. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this location to everyone else that is considering.

Beautiful house with all the amenities. Plenty of room for everyone. Huge deck that is partially covered for the chances of rain. Tons of parking. Will stay again.

Located right on the Keuka waterfront. Plenty of room. Large outdoor seating area facing the lake. Beautiful dining area with great views of the lake. Property was well stocked with all necessities. Close to some of the best wineries in Finger Lakes. Smooth check-in checkout process.

A beautiful lake front cottage “home”. The deck is amazing. Plenty of parking..the home is beautiful..can’t praise it enough!! It is exactly what the name says it is…. Lake Therapy’!! Owners are wonderful too!!

Excellent property Very clean. house is very well maintained. Linen comforter bed all clean Bathroom and kitchen had every thing needed. Stay was very comfortable inside the house However only one thing the outdoor patio furniture was not cleaned and almost every piece of furniture had spider webs which was the only thing that was not very pleasing Otherwise the property is phenomenal Right on lake. We enjoyed our stay.

First Time Adventure to Finger Lakes

Through the initial phases of the VRBO process through checkout this was a wonderful, easy experience. We landed in Keuka at the peak of fall and were thrilled with the location, the home, all the amenities provided and offerings of the area. Communication was excellent. Home had so much to offer and the views filled the soul. Whether it was coffee or wine on one of the decks, dinner in the sunroom or laughter by the fire….this experience created a lifetime memory on the water.

Love Keuka

This was a last minute vacation & we were so happy to find this house. Even though it was a shortened vacation, everyone thought this was our best vacation ever! We had exceptional weather and were basically only inside to cook & sleep. The outside space is what makes this house amazing. The huge deck with ample space to relax, hang out, etc and then the accessibility to the lake was by far the best. Kids never got bored- fishing, jumping off the dock, paddle boarding and we could relax on the deck while watching all their fun. We also rented a tritoon boat & were able to dock it at our dock, which was also another “hang out” spot outside. We will definitely be coming back & staying longer next time!!

Great family time!

We just loved the house and location. We were a three generation group of 10 ranging in age from 2 to 72! The waters edge was so close that we could watch the older children play in the water while we listened for the little one who was napping. Our 8 year old said “this place is the best since we don’t have to leave the house to have fun”. It helped that we rented a pontoon boat and made good use of the paddle board. Although there were many great restaurants around the area we never felt the need to go out to dinner. It was perfect. Our contact Josh was the best! 5 stars all around!
