“Abbiamo effettuato il check-in automatico la notte alla macchinetta che ti permette di prendere le chiavi della stanza digitando il numero della prenotazione, molto pratico, la prenotazione era per due persone però. Abbiamo trovato solo un letto su due con le lenzuola, senza la possibilità di contattare qualcuno per reclamare. Alla fine abbiamo dormito in due in un letto singolo e nemmeno la mattina successiva abbiamo potuto parlare con la reception per essere rimborsati dell'orribile soggiorno...

“This place is incredibly charming. The morning breakfast is very German, and the staff are very kind and welcoming. I felt like as though i walked into a building that wouldve been modern 500 years ago, and I loved it. The stairs are steep, and not ADA accessible in any way, but I appreciated that aswell.
