“When we first checked in we were sent to a room that had a terrible odor in it. My husband spoke with the desk clerk and he was very kind and immediately offered to move us across the hall. When entering the second room, it was such a pleasant smell. Very clean and nice room. He did take the time to walk into the first room as and he was certainly able to smell the odor. He apologized and said he would make a note of the odor. Im sure he turned in a work order for the first room. ”

“Staff was most helpful and quick to handle our request. We’ve stayed there several times and our choice of hotels in that area.”

“The room smelled musty, like carpet that needed cleaned and like a pet had an accident . The outer pane of the window was broken out. The beds were not as comfortable as in the past. The property is due for a remodel.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The parking lot was full of people just hanging around playing loud music and there was someone in the parking lot just screaming. So not great. There is no breakfast bar and there is no complementary coffee. I'm usually impressed with courtyard Marriott but this was just average”
