The space
As you step inside, you're greeted by the grandeur of 9-foot ceilings and exquisite custom moldings that adorn the formal dining room, setting the stage for intimate gatherings or celebratory feasts. A versatile space awaits with a study/sitting room/living room, providing ample room for relaxation or catching up on work.
The heart of the home lies in the expansive family room, where hardwood floors invite you to unwind by the fireplace with a marble surround, creating a cozy ambiance for evenings spent in conversation or watching your favorite movies. Wired for surround sound, this space is designed for entertainment enthusiasts.
Prepare culinary delights in the gourmet kitchen, boasting plentiful cabinets, granite countertops with a matching backsplash, and top-of-the-line appliances including a double oven. Adjacent to the kitchen, the morning room beckons with its ceramic tile flooring, perfect for savoring your morning coffee or enjoying casual meals with loved ones.

During your stay at our luxurious retreat in Brandywine, Maryland, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entirety of the main living areas of the home. This includes the spacious first level, featuring the elegant formal dining room, versatile study/sitting room/living room, inviting family room with a cozy fireplace, and the gourmet kitchen equipped with modern amenities and a charming morning room for casual dining.
Step outside onto the expansive deck and into the screened-in gazebo, where you can relish in outdoor dining and entertaining amidst the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The private, partially fenced-in backyard offers a serene retreat for relaxation and enjoyment during your stay.
(The backyard is currently unavailable for use, as we are still preparing it).
You'll have access to all bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper level, including the basement suite. Additionally, please be aware that one closet in the master bedroom is not accessible. We appreciate your understanding in respecting this designated area.

Other things to note
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! We have sensors that can detect smoke in the suite. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee. for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture steam cleaning and aeration. You are more the welcome to smoke outside in any designated smoking areas.
★PLEASE WASH DISHES/ REMOVE TRASH EACH NIGHT ★
Please do not leave any left over food out or dirty dishes in the sink over night. Please wash your dishes or load them in the dishwasher (if applicable). Also please remember to empty the trash each night. You can place your trash bags inside of the designated trash disposal areas outside of your suite. If you need more trash bags please feel free to contact me. Also please make sure to close the lids on tight and tie up any trash bags.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any unauthorized parties or events will result in an immediate cancellation and $1000 violation fee.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
If you need any additional information, please do not hesitate to ask. We will contact you a few days before your arrival to make sure that everything is okay on your side, and give you some additional instructions for a smooth check-in.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 14.
Please note that unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour.
