Suwannee River Hideaway

Remodeled Suwannee riverfront home w/ hot tub and floating dock in the springs capital of the world! Itchnetucknee, Ginnie, Royal, and Peacock springs, tons of outdoor activities, scenic river view, and unparalleled serenity.

Two bedrooms.
Master has a king size bed while the other room has queen size bunk beds. Essentially: there are plenty of places to sleep!
There is a large screened in porch to hang out, eat a meal, or read a book.
Or, walk down to the water and enjoy the hot tub while soaking in the sunset and views.

This property is beautiful, clean, and so peaceful. If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life, then this is your spot! We had an amazing time and can’t wait to visit again!

River life in Florida

Go to the Florida beaches for sure but make sure you also set aside some time to see what river life in old Florida looks like. My husband and I love Florida and come down to see a different part every year. This year to took a break from the beaches (which are the best!) to see what Florida looked like a long time ago. It was so quiet and peaceful. So much history to learn about and so many natural springs. We were so remote but managed to visit Cedar Key, Gainesville, Horseshoe Beach, and even saw the manatees at Three Sisters Park in Crystal River. If you need a relaxing vacation come to the river!

Relaxing :)

Very nice place, clean and updated.... owners responded to messages quickly. I wish we had a boat. The dock is great, we tanned on the dock, then rinsed in the shower and got in the hot tub. It was just fabulous for our family of 4. Quiet and relaxing in a small town. Nice boat traffic on the river, it was almost like being at the beach minus the sand.

River Relaxation

We enjoyed our stay at the River House. The surrounding area is undeveloped and just what we wanted. Loved looking at the Suwannee and sitting in the hot tub. Lots of nearby springs and parks to investigate.

Great Suwannee getaway!

The house, property, and dock on the river was great. The owners were excellent. We left a few toys and ear rings, which the owners mailed back to us. Only improvement needed is for the hot tub to be cleaner, because the water was not clear. The maintenance guy drained it the day we left, so it appears they were on it. The lot was skinny with neighbor houses on both sides, so not much can change on that, but the neighbors kept to themselves.

Majestic mini vacation

Beautiful house that sits on a river complete with a hot tub to enjoy that nature that surrounds you. The house is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could ever need. Thank you so much to our hosts for making our visit to central Florida a total success!

Perfectly off the map

This was the most relaxing vacation! It’s nice and quiet, with plenty to do without being on a schedule. The house was wonderful with every detail considered. Even our 5 year is excited to come back and visit the springs again!

Perfect weekend to recharge

We had a wonderful visit. It was freezing (down to 24 degrees ! ) so we didn’t get to kayak which the point of the whole weekend The house was cozy and welcoming. We wrapped up in the soft blankets and enjoyed the view and quiet time. We will definitely be back when we can enjoy all of the outdoorsy things the area provides.
