Our very large family had the best family reunion ever at this home! There was enough space for everyone to play together and have a quiet space as well. The balcony is gorgeous and overlooks the lake with stunning views. Zero complaints and everything was great! Thank you so much for having us and we will be back!

This is a great property for a large group with a total of 12 bedrooms, each with an en suite bath. We booked this property for a team retreat to bring our group together, complete some training and have some team building time. I requested early check in and while I understand it is not guaranteed, it did not seem like there was much effort made to accommodate the request. It seemed apparent there was not anyone in the property prior to our stay as the refrigerators were not turned on until right before our arrival and were not to cold temperature until the next morning after our 4:30pm arrival. There was a bit of cosmetic damage to some of the rooms/walls/bathroom fixtures. Overall, a lovely property that nicely fits the needs of a large group. Just a bit disappointed in the check in process and the upkeep of a new property for the price.

The property needs new stoves and refrigerators, it needs new flooring in kitchen and it needs work on the pillars on the porch. We had trouble with refrigerators two years ago when we were there.

The house was fantastic! With over thirty people staying in the house we all had plenty of space to spread out and come together as a family. The few maintenance issues that arise were dealt with right away by the company. Definitely a fantastic place to make memories!

Best family and friends getaway

We stayed at this house with our four sons and four of their friends. It was a PERFECT all ages getaway. So much to do and close to all the amenities in Branson. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a crowd. Would 10/10 rent again!

The perfect place for a company retreat

Eleven sales peoplecame to Branson for a sales Division trip. Everyone remarked on how this was the perfect place. There’s an abundance of nearby activities; some fished, some golfed, some raised go karts. The house was perfect in every way! Plenty of space and everybody had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed, with plenty of available seating for everyone to dine together. The large spacious deck what’s the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. I would recommend this place for anyone that needed to gather for work and get away at the same time.

Excellent Home For BIG family and friends event!!

We loved the property. Everything is so perfect in the house. There are things planned for everyone and every age. Love the basketball court, arcade and pool area. Super clean. Beautiful house and setup.Couldn't ask for more. Must stay place if you are planning for a BIG event. Would like to come back someday. Thank you Thank you!!!

Branson vacation

Very roomy.. large deck with lots of seating for everyone. Plenty of activities at the house and very close to the strip for shows. Indoor pool and hot tub was nice

Excellent for family get togethers!

Plenty of space to spread out. The rooms are split off both sides of the main areas. 2 per side, per floor. Gives a decent amount of privacy to each group. Has a hotel feel that way, but it’s definitely a great cabin! Kids loved the gym and pool. Hot tub is getting a little tired, but it’s still mostly functional. Kitchen is awesome. Double of everything. We had food for a week for 44 people and found space for everything. Back porch is amazing! Trail down to the water just off the side of the cabin, only 100yds down trail to water. Would stay at host’s properties again in the future. Great location, quiet end of road spot, excellent community pool not far away, plenty of parking.

Great home for large groups

We selected this house for our family vacation. We had 29 people ranging from infant to 90 yrs old. The house was perfect for our group and had something for everyone. The pool and 1/2 basketball court was wonderful for the kids and the adults loved renting a boat and being on the lake. The owners were very quick with their communication when we had questions. We recommend staying here!

We booked this home for a family reunion. The property had something for everyone. There was plenty of space and we loved that each room had their own bathroom. Whoever designed this home put a lot of thought into it and our stay there was exactly as promised. Wonderful stay!

Baalmann Family Vacation 2023

It's a beautiful house, very well planned layout with 12 bedrooms, bathroom with each and extra bathrooms as well. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee pots, kurigs, plenty of pots, pans, bowls, plates, silverware, etc. Plenty of refrigerator space, two ovens, two microwaves. The deck......wow.....awesome, spent most of our time out there. Half a basketball court was used A LOT for dodge ball, volleyball, basketball. Adults AND kids enjoyed that. Pool and hot tub was utilized also. Pool table, arcade games, air hockey and theater room also used. We also used the grill and were very pleased to find an outdoor griddle, too. The location was perfect for us being at the end of the street and a road of sorts that led down to the lake within walking distance from the house. This place was amazing!!!! We have 41 people in our family and our grandkids, kids and spouses all enjoyed their time so much that it was hard for them to go to bed at night. If we had a problem the rental people were on top of it right away, which was one time during our whole week. (Frig. was making a big noise.) I think the next time we plan a family vacation, this could very well be the number one choice. Good location in the Branson area with a huge variety of activities to take part in. We LOVED this place!!! I don't think anybody would go wrong in renting a place this big for a large number of people. It was an awesome experience for our whole family. Fun Staycation

We took my 88 year old father along with a bunch of family. The house was so big we felt we had plenty of space for all activities. Great place, close to Branson and all of our needs were met.

Absolutely perfect for our family reunion!

This house exceeded all of our expectations! It is at the end of the street on a slant from the other houses so feels very private and no view onto the deck from the other houses! Every room had its own bathroom plus half baths on every level! The kids absolutely loved the basketball court and private swimming pool/hot tub. The house was super clean and had everything we needed! Double sinks and all appliances in the kitchen kept things moving quickly and organized. Plenty of open gathering space for our group and the view from the deck is beautiful….not to mention high quality furniture that is comfortable! Gas fireplace in the living room and fire bowl on the deck were lovely. I had quick and professional communication with both the host and RentBranson! Would absolutely return here! Everyone in the family is in agreement on that!

Wonderful Family Reunion

Family of 20 summer vacation

This property was exactly as pictured and described. It was absolutely perfect for our family’s vacation needs this year! We had a multigenerational group of 20 that ranged in age of 9 months up to 73, the house layout was very accommodating for all ages with plenty of room to spare. There are two sets of stairs on the main level so you may want to think ahead about baby gates if you’re bringing babies on your trip. The kitchen was stocked with an abundance of dinnerware, flatware, pots/pans, anything a large group would need. We cooked the majority of our meals during the week and never found a time that the house didn’t already have what we needed. They are very quick to respond to questions or to assist with anything you need. They also reached out several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to check if we needed anything. The community was very busy with other guests but it was still quiet and family friendly. We rented boats for the week from State Park Marina which was a short drive from the house and their boats and service are always top notch. We would definitely choose this property again in the future and have nothing but great things to say when asked about our stay!

Great property for large family gathering!

We hosted mom’s 80th birthday party at this spacious and well equipped home. It was perfect for our family, which included 25 adults, 5 kids and 2 infants. So many fun activities throughout the house, the kids played volleyball and basketball in the gym, splashed in the pool, the twenty-something’s played pool, soaked in the hot tub and had space to themselves. We played cards, played games, visited, watched football and movies in the theater room and had a wonderful party! This is the perfect space for a family or large group gathering with lots of age groups! The property managers were attentive and reached out to see if we had questions, and came by the house promptly when we needed assistance. Wonderful vacation!
