First the good: the location, the pool and amenities. The condo was nice, clean and spacious. There were just 2 problems, but unfortunately they were big ones. 1) The listing said that the condo slept 6 and included a queen blow-up bed. I messaged the host to make sure that there would be bedding provided for it and to let her know we would be using it for my son. We arrived at the condo LATE, were soaked from a water park, unloaded EVERYTHING and then discovered there was no blow up bed. We finally got ahold of the host and the only solution offered to us that evening was to pack everything up in our car and move to another condo which was a drive away. Our condo was on the lower level with a steep walkway to enter. My daughter was already asleep, so my son offered to sleep on the short couch (he is 5'11"). The host said the blow up bed would be delivered the next day. The next afternoon someone brought a blow up bed folded up. Our mistake was believing that it was the actual advertised queen blow up. Unfortunately we discovered that night that it was instead a cheap, very thin twin mattress. It deflated within an hour of my son lying on it, and he ended up BACK on the short and uncomfortable couch for our last night. After check out I did call to report the inaccurate listing, and they refunded me 100 of the almost 700 we spent on two nights. 2) The master bed mattress was as hard as a rock. We had a topper delivered for the 2nd night because it was miserable.
