Conveniently located in The Foothills community, this condo is near the newest attractions in Branson, Wonderworks and the Aquarium on The Boardwalk, along with tons of shopping, dining, other attractions and shows. Enjoy the open floor plan and private bedroom suites or take in the view from the balcony. Come stay a while!

Very clean

I must say I was impressed with everything except the mattress. Very firm wich is understandable. Very hard to please everyone that is forsure. Wasn't a huge deal We just went and bought a topper. But that is the only thing that kept it a 4 star. Definitely looking forward to more time with this group

So many good things but one of them is not the beds!

THE GOOD - Very clean, nicely decorated, smart tv in living room, great location - close to everything but off the beaten path. THE NOT SO GOOD - ALL of the beds & pillows are hard therefor none of us got good nights sleep. It is advertised with a jetted bathtub.... there is NOT a jetted bathtub, that may seem unimportant to some but to me it was DEFINITELY something I was looking forward to so I was disappointed to not have it. Because the comfort of beds & pillows is important to me if asked I wouldn't recommend to family or friends.

Thousand Hills Area

First off the condo was very clean and a surprise setting of Christmas tree and holiday decorations was a wonderful touch! My son and grandson both have autism and they were extremely happy it was decorated which made my wife and I very happy. Overall experience was amazing and we will be booking here again!!

Perfect Stay

The condo was clean, in great shape and very spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The location of the condo is perfect as nothing we did was more than 10 minutes away even with the crazy traffic of Branson. Being right off the yellow line helped us cut travel time down. We would definitely rent again. Communication with the property manager was as easy as it gets.

Great location to Strip

10 min from the strip, excellent location. Very clean condo, nicely decorated. At night there was no noise sitting on balcony during the day the traffic was a bit noisy. Otherwise quiet complex. Half of the total price was from fees and Taxes which is a bit annoying. Four different taxes. A cleaning fee is charged additionally. Management asks all bedding is removed from beds, trash taken to dumpster, dishwasher loaded and ran, towels put into washer. We did it, but for the cost of cleaning charged I don’t feel we should have to help. We’d stay here again when all said and down.

Perfect for Branson!

We loved staying here! It was a nice open floor plan that gave us lots of space! Very clean. Amenities throughout were much appreciated. Our family plans on reserving a stay here again in the future!
