Hi Mrs. Hackler! I am very sorry to see you did not enjoy your stay this time. We worked very very hard to ensure the stay would be pleasant as we started to open up for the season. Upon our many conversations, it seemed as if you along with other guests understood why we were doing a cook to order style of breakfast and desserts. As explained we did not want to offer it for just a few rooms. Also laying out buffet style would be a waste so we wanted to provide services as advertised just offer it different way so that it is still nice fresh and ready. As for the spider web, we wished you mentioned this at one time during your four night stay so that we could've taken care of it. However, upon reading this and checking the room no spider web was found. As for the phone, you did inform us we did test the phone in the room and plugged it in so now it works. We now have staff and able to keep the lobby open all day and now that we are getting busy for the season all services resume to normal. We hope you give us another chance to make it right.

Hi Hollie! We apologize for your experience. We left you a voicemail yesterday indicating Expedia did not email or contact me and did a follow up call as promised. We did not get any calls from you since our voice mail. As for the bug when viewing it in the bug, it was flying as we informed you it was not a bed bug. Maintenance also inspected the whole room including both beds and no other bug of any sort was found. The room you were in was rented everyday with no issue. We are sorry that Expedia did not contact us. This is why we attempted to contact you to inform you of this.

We do accept reservations and honor them 24-7. During our off season which is January and February office ours are limited that is why we post a number to reach us. We did not get any calls. Hi Letetia Thank You for providing feedback on your recent stay with us. We have noted your room number and will have maintenance check out the shower head and replace if necessary. As for the breakfast time, we did not receive any negative feedback or complaints due to the timing as we wrap up the season. Our guests are actually thankful we provide a complimentary breakfast. Upon reviewing your rate, you received a well worth breakfast and complimentary dessert which most places do not provide. We did not short guests, and due to the holidays, and limited ordering due to closing for the season, we still had all the main items such has the eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and potatoes, cereal, yogurt, muffins, boiled eggs, oatmeal options. We provide a Kleenex tissue box in every room.

Hi John! Our typical breakfast time is at 7a. However, when short staffed and when it is slow we do have to modify the timing just to ensure that we are still able to provide the complimentary breakfast. We apologize for the inconvenience this may caused you. As for the USB plug we are going to be placing them in the rooms.
