The cabin itself was ok, the furniture is a little broken down but i could've looked past that for the price. The jet tub didn't work so we didn't get to use that. The timer on the fireplace stuck on so the cabin got up to 80 degrees. Half way through our trip we noticed that we didnt have hot water so i called the office and was told that i would have to wait until the next day for someone to come look at the water heater. (This is in january when well over 50% of the cabins are vacant) they could have easily moved us to another cabin but they refused. The next day the plumbers show up around 4pm and i have to listen to them bang around under the cabin for several hours. They were working in the utility room with the water heater and furnace and were smoking so my whole cabin smelled like cigarette smoke. (My wife is 6 months pregnant at the time). I didnt recieve a discount or anything for the inconvenience. The daytime staff was apologetic and polite but didn't offer anything to make up for the ruined trip. The night staff is rude and unhelpful. I'll choose a different place to stay next time. This could have been a very pleasant stay but unfortunately for us it didnt turn out that way. Im very understanding and i know things break, but the unwillingness to make it right is unacceptable.
