Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

This property was simply AMAZING. If you're looking for a CLEAN house, this is absolutely it. So many small touches that just added up to make our stay great. We had 25 people aging from 8 to 71 and every single person had a great time. The beds were so comfortable, no one wanted to leave. If I had to nitpick, the only complaint our group had was that we wished there was a 2nd stove. We cooked all but 2 meals here for the week, and the kitchen got crowded. Definitely wouldn't deter us from staying again.

85th birthday celebration

Was really a good excuse for a family get-together since we are spread out now. We had 26 adults and two under 5. The accommodations were great. Never felt crowded, spent a lot of time around the fire pit on the covered deck. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, appliances, everything you need. Very enjoyable.

Absolutely wonderful!

This property is amazing! It was perfect for our family! We celebrated our 50th anniversary by bringing all of our children and grandchildren to Branson. Every one of us enjoyed the time we spent in the house. And it is close to the pool which was a real plus for the kids. The proximity to everything in Branson is perfect. Parking at the house was more than adequate. The outdoor fire pits were a real bonus. They provided plenty of trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, etc. as we were preparing to leave, which no one wanted to do, the grandchildren we’re making a plan for when we could come back. Thank you for everything! We are blessed.

Girls trip

Great home, great location, clean and comfortable beds.. kitchen was well stocked. Girls trip & always appreciate the handicap accessible bathroom & bedroom on first floor for elderly guest. Will definitely rent again. Definitely one of my favorites.

Great Cabin for Large Family Christmas

We had 27 people staying here and there was plenty of room for sleeping and showers! We did have an issue with the propane running out, but the owner responded quickly and had it resolved by the next morning. Great views and location to town.

Wonderful stay for our 50th anniversary celebration!

Chateau Retreat was just a wonderful place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. The home is well furnished, the kitchen is equipped nicely for large groups, and the location is great. We had a total of 25 people staying in the home and it never felt crowded or tight. We prepared most of our meals and there was plenty of space for everyone to have a spot. There were several comments from our group about how comfortable the beds were. The view from the back porches is incredible and it's a short walk to both the outdoor and indoor pools. Christina was a wonderful host and our communication before and during our trip was excellent. We can't recommend Chateau Retreat highly enough, especially if you're looking for the perfect spot for a larger group to gather.

Excellent Responsiveness

This rental house perfectly fit our large group, which I'll detail more later, but my first mention must be the superb responsiveness of Christina, the property manager. Before we even arrived she promptly answered every question I had. I asked if they had a card table and chairs available and she provided a brand new one for us. There were a couple of issues that happened during our stay and Christina responded with fixes and maintenance immediately (as well as some cookies and compensation). I truly cannot express how impressed we all were with her assistance and kindness. Thank you, Christina! Now for the property: It perfectly fit our large family with the number of rooms/bathrooms/double fridge/double laundry/double dishwasher. There was plenty of table seating and couch seating in the living room and the deck. The kids all enjoyed the bunk beds and game tables. Many memories made!

Perfect for Youth Groups

We had a group of 35 (26 teenagers and 9 adults) and it was perfect! Everyone had a bed to sleep on and there was plenty of space to eat and relax! Very spacious and enough parking space for a 14 passenger van, 12 passenger 14 passenger bus, a Suburban, and a Highlander. The host was super helpful and we had no issues during our stay!

Perfect Family Christmas Trip

We have taken our family to Branson in 2021 and again this year. We stayed at this unit in 2021 and our grandkids were all asking when we could go to the lake house again. We have 5 married children and took 9 grandkids. This property is perfect for large family groups. 2 refrigerators, 2 large dining tables and more than ample bedroom space for all. The house could handle an even larger group as well. The first year we took the whole family to the Polar Express. This year we took inn Silver Dollar City with all the Christmas lights. I highly recommend this property. The owner is very responsive to any needs you have. I wish we could find properties like this everywhere we travel to. We were impressed both times we stayed here with the Christmas decorations. The tree is beautiful.

This property had a very well furnished kitchen; the king size beds, sheets and pillows were just amazing! There were no complaints ! It was a terrific place for our family! Located conveniently to locations if interest in and around Brandon!
