My son and I spent a week here and really loved it. There’s plenty of room and the beds are comfortable as is the furniture. We had a bit of trouble finding our room initially but called and got the help we needed.

This was perfect for my little family for what we needed. A bunch of families were in the same area and it was close to all the attractions. When there was a slight problem that didnt affect our stay, the host was able to get it handled asap

This is a beautiful condo. Super comfortable beds and quiet environment. Owner was extremely responsive, even with the simplest questions. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Branson.

AC kept the room cool kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook very comfortable all in all would stay there again

We had a delightful stay. Only complaint would be the air conditioning. It stayed at 74 no matter and we were pretty warm especially at night. Luckily it wasn’t super warm outside yet. But overall very happy with our visit.

Kitchen was fully stocked. It was a great stay. Only recommendation is putting another lock on the main door. Our 2 year old was tall enough to unlock it and she kept trying to get outside.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It took a little bit to find because we didn’t realize it was below street level, but that was the only minor issue. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was just as shown. Very comfortable. The patio area was peaceful and we saw several animals. We would definitely return.

The location was great. It was only about 10 minutes from pretty much anything we wanted to do. The room itself was clean. But there are some issues. I was unaware that this unit was downstairs. We got in late and trying to find the actual room was a little time consuming. The kitchen had very minimal cook ware. I had to purchase items to be able to cook dinners. There are 6 ac units right outside the master bedroom. When one of the ac units would turn on it was so loud and it would rattle to room. It would wake me up all through the night. The couches are very hard and dipped in the middle that made them uncomfortable. We are planning on one of our kids to sleep on the pull out sofa but the mattress that is on there was so bad and all you could feel was springs. The unit did have a washer and dryer but they are extremely small. If you turned the bathroom faucets on all the way the water would come over the side of the sink. The second bedroom is missing a remote for the TV.

Clean and comfortable

Nice place to stay. We enjoyed the patio area in the evening. Beds and pillows are comfortable. I would suggest clearer instructions on the location, where to find the key and that there are quite a few steps to get to the condo. You can’t see it from the parking lot and once we got to the condo we looked all around trying to find the lockbox and finally saw it on the beam behind us.

Great place to stay!!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at the Cozy Branson Condo. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Jeff was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free.The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options and attractions nearby.Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Cozy Branson Condo property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay-we will definitely be back!

There was no hot tub.That was the main reason I chose this condo. The couch was worn out. The matress was shot on the pull out. On the most part it was clean. Bathroom vent was dusty in ceiling. Baseboads and doors needed a deep clean. The shower in main bathroom was slow draining.none of the clocks had batteries. Other than that it was a nice comfy place. Plenty of space for us.Location was great. We enjoyed the patio.
