- Bedroom #2 is a lofted room on the second story that opens to the living space below. The bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- A twin size roll away bed is also available for guest use.
- This is a walk-up unit requiring the use of stairs.
