The property was clean. When we walked in the dishwasher kick plate was laying on the ground with wires exposed. The plate was broken, not a big deal but keeping a toddler away from it wasn’t ideal. The main door to the outside deck doesn’t have a deadbolt or any other type of lock. Song it has the lever door handle that will open in the inside no matter if it’s locked or not was also a nightmare with a toddler who could open the door and outside if you turned your back. There are several pools but only certain ones do you have access to which can be confusing when you see them there. The beds were comfy, sheets were clean, the game room was fun and it was close to the strip.

Need another type of lock from the inside.

Upon check in the house did not look clean at all, dirty dishes in dish washer, air conditioner packed full of inches of dust and dirt, urine in the toilet, floor not swept. There was an old pod in the keurig and mold. There was no sheets for the sofa bed has to purchase those for my son to sleep on it. The sink backed up anytime the washer or dish washer was ran. For the price of the place it was completely not worth it and highly disappointing. Contacted the thousand hills and all the has to say was “sorry we will tell the housekeepers to do a better job cleaning” like seriously? The property is not correctly listed as the pool is completely different then listed(pictures of pool listed and the actual pool) , as for the pool, it was disgusting.. so cloudy you couldn’t even see the bottom in the 3ft section, filled with debris from trees and and had some trash in it. The chairs at the pool almost half were broken. Felt this was a waste of money and would not recommend nor stay again. All things listed pictures are attached.

The unit was very clean and comfortable for a 3-night stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The complex was quiet and easily accessible.
