This 3 story, 9 bedroom home can SLEEP 23 PEOPLE and boasts of stunning VIEWS OF TABLE ROCK LAKE! Your crew will love all the features provided including a FOOSBALL table, a FIREPIT on the back deck, and your own PRIVATE HOT TUB! Be ready for a vacation full of amazing memories!

The Space:
The main living room greets you with beautiful, LAKE-THEMED DECOR! Gather around with your loved ones on the plush LEATHER COUCHES and cozy up in front of the electric FIREPLACE after a day full of Branson fun! But the main thing that will catch your eye as you enter this lovely space is the STUNNING LAKE VIEW out of the oversized windows on the back wall of the house! As if the windows aren't enough, step right out the back sliding door onto a LARGE BACK DECK spanning the width of the home and stocked with lots of outdoor seating for your whole crew. There is even a GAS GRILL and we provide the propane! Evenings on the back deck are quite magical and the sunset sure is a stunning, setting in the distance over the water. A thing of beauty for everyone in the house to enjoy!

The kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with all the essentials you would need to cook up your favorites, including a blender, griddle, mixer, toaster, pots, pans, and other kitchen basics. Then gather around the table with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy that homecooked meal with your loved ones or opt for take out from any of Branson's tasty restaurants.

The main level has one bedroom with a KING BED and a private attached bathroom. Then head on upstairs where there are 5 more bedrooms! Four of them have a king bed with a private attached bathroom and one is an AMAZING BUNK ROOM your kiddos will LOVE, with two triple bunks and a bathroom across the hall.

Downstairs on the lower level are 3 more bedrooms including two with king beds as well as another bunk room that has one triple bunk! And the 7 bedrooms with king beds all have FLAT SCREEN, SMART TVS! This lower level also boasts of a second large living room with plenty of room to spread out, enjoy a movie or a game on the BIG SCREEN, or challenge someone to a game of FOOSBALL! There is even a KICHENETTE to hold those extra drinks or have snacks ready at all times!

Head out to the back sliding door for even more OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE! Bring some marshmallows to roast over the gas FIREPIT to make some tasty smore's or relax in the home's personal HOT TUB at the end of a great day!! This home is full of opportunities to make some AMAZING MEMORIES that will LAST A LIFETIME!

Guest Access:
Guests will have the ENTIRE HOME as well as access to the neighborhood amenities right next door including an INDOOR POOL (open year round), an OUTDOOR POOL (open seasonally), and a wonderful children's PLAYGROUND!

The Neighborhood:
CHATEAU MOUNTAIN is one of the newest vacation neighborhoods in Branson and it will not disappoint! It sits on the hillside overlooking the water and the BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF TABLE ROCK LAKE will have you falling in love with the location! Not only are the views fantastic but the neighborhood amenities are second to none and are just next door! The OUTDOOR POOL will be a big hit with the whole family to cool off in the heat of the summer and is open Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend! But swimming year round is still an option with the INDOOR HEATED POOL outfitted with a wall of glass garage doors ready to bring the outside in! There is even a hot tub in this indoor space where you can relax while your kiddos swim! Your little ones will also have a blast on the top-of-the-line PLAYGROUND and the teens will love shooting some hoops on the BASKETBALL COURT in the neighborhood just below! Last but not least, the newest craze around, PICKLEBALL is also available in the lower neighborhood and is ready for games to be had by your whole crew!

Getting Around:
Heading out to enjoy all the adventures that Branson has to offer is ideal from this location! This home is located just 7 minutes from the west side of the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities and is only 16 minutes away! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show from the outdoor amphitheater!

Silver Dollar City is one of Branson’s biggest attractions and is only 11 minutes away! SDC is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!

More options of fun things to do on Table Rock Lake, also just minutes away! Chateau on the Lake's Marina is only 4 minutes away and the State Park Marina is 9 minutes away, where renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!
