Important Information:

-Renters must be over 25 years of age.
-Rental agreement required after booking.

-Amenities include free WIFI, Cable, and a fully equipped kitchen.
-New development so there may be construction, extra dust, and construction noise during daytime hour
-Garbage is to be taken to the dumpsters located at the beginning of the development. You will need to take a short drive to the dumpster.
-There is a ring doorbell, outside, on the front entrance.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee:
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to the dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to
the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.
