The open-concept layout allows for an organic flow of conversation among guests and an ideal design for entertaining bigger parties. But the real star of the show is the view of the lake from the back deck. The dining set outside is the perfect place to start and end each day.



Guests get direct access to Table Rock Lake from the porch! It is a gentle walk to the water's edge! Enjoy the rocky beach for sunbathing or fishing. The property is right around the corner from Indian Point Marina and just minutes to Silver Dollar City.



Back inside, a full kitchen comes equipped with everything you may need to whip up meals from home. Granite countertops and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, are attractive upgrades. There's a blender, toaster, and coffee maker all available for your convenience. There is plenty of dining ware and glassware to enjoy plenty of meals in the comfort of your own home. This property is perfect for young families and comes equipped with a highchair and a pack n play for the little ones!



Bedrooms #1 and #2 are outfitted with a Queen bed and a TV. The shared bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #3 features beautiful views of the lake and is decked out with a King bed, TV, and en-suite. The en-suite offers a massive walk-in shower.



Each room is furnished with crisp linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay and the bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of towels.



While hanging inside, guests can enjoy a DVD player, various board games, and cable TV. Guests are also welcomed to enjoy the fire pit & communal pool. The property has a backyard perfect for walking your furry friends.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs of 15 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet..

- A laundry room with a washer/dryer and ironing board is available for guest use.

- There is parking available for 2 vehicles.

And if you’re up for a round of golf, the gorgeous Point Royale Golf Course is less than 25 minutes away and the iconic Top of the Rock Golf Course is less than 40! The home is 25 minutes from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
