You're only minutes away from the famous 76 Strip, Table Rock Lake, and fabulous dining and shopping options. Additionally, you're a short drive from world renowned attractions like Silver Dollar City, White Water, and Dolly Parton's Stampede! You will love Branson!

This condo is located in an established resort called Fall Creek. Fall Creek Resort has a mixture of full time tenants, vacation homes, and nightly rentals. Condo shows great online. John communicated great and was even going to let us check in early. That was the only good part. I truly feel like I got duped. The location was shady and felt unsafe. The front window screen was bent like someone tried to break in, the front door blinds were damaged, and the kitchen cabinets were water damaged on the bottoms. Our family has significant health concerns with mold and we were afraid there was mold under the water damaged cabinets. We were there less than 10 minutes and we left. We live only two hours away and opted to drive home instead of stay at this overpriced tiny condo. Waste of money as there’s no refund. Your money would be better spent staying in a similar priced hotel as a similar priced hotel in Branson would have been way nicer and safer. Never again will I make this mistake.

Lake view out of back door. Patio was pleasant and able to watch multiple fisherman. Not much insulation between the first and upper floor. If children are upstairs, it gets very loud at times. Easy access parking and relatively close to Branson entertainment. I am 66 and felt safe at all times.

Bed was really comfortable. Location was quiet and private despite being in an apartment complex. Even has a washer and dryer. Beautifully decorated. The only downside to this location is the lack of water pressure in the shower. Overall good location in regards to Branson attractions and venues. About 10 mins from the 76 strip

The Posh Pod was exactly as described, unique, flashy, quirky, small but comfortable for two, very clean, and quiet. Getting in touch with the owner and property manager was easy, which was very helpful when we couldn’t find the building. It’s a lot farther from the entrance than we imagined, and the brownish tan Fall Creek units pass through the yellow and white condos that are under another name and management company. The directions say to follow signs leading to the marina, but the signs are spaced far apart and hard to see. So you will curve left at the yellow condos, drive past an overgrown parking lot, and an empty RV park, before coming to more of the tan colored Fall Creek buildings. We were pretty frustrated by the time we finally got to the condo with the help of the property manager who stayed on the phone with us until we were pulling up to the front door. The building is older and needs some maintenance, but the Posh Pad unit is bright and cheerful when you enter. We were originally going to stay at a motel near the theater district, but found this condo for the same price and opted for the separate bedroom, a full kitchen, and outdoor patio. We are happy that we chose the condo!

The condo was wonderful ! There could have been a few more cooking utensils and possibly a different pan . We had an issue with the hot water but it was fixed the next day . Great communication with property owner. The lakefront isn't really a lakefront property , there's no access from the place . Overall it was perfect for our 1 year anniversary.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway! so cozy and welcoming, the view of the water is perfect for a lazy morning with a cup of coffee!It's close to all of the Branson fun, would highly recommend!

Immaculate Condo with gorgeous decor!!! Great location in Fall Creek, walk-in end unit with no building next door which made it more private than most condo rentals plus beautiful views of Lake Tanneycomo on the covered patio!! Loved being in a quiet neighborhood off the strip, yet only 10 minutes to any show. We celebrated our 37th Anniversary here and felt so comfortable. Seamless check in and out. Would highly recommend.

Super cute rental

Came to town for a concert. The rental property is super cute and clean. I had no problem checking in and the rental looks just like the pictures. The entry has a perfect backdrop for fun pics too. Check out is super easy. Would stay again for sure.

BATHROOM SHOWER, IS VERY SLIPPERY. HURT MY HIP TRYING NOT TO FALL. HAD TO PUT TOWEL IN AND HANG OTHER SIDE OUT GO NOT FALL. TV'S DIDN'T WORK WELL, FOOD IN FREEZER, WE THREW IT OUT. FRONT DOOR BLINDS YOU COULD SEE THROUGH. NEEDS MORE KITCHEN FORKS, WE WERE WOKE UP AT 7:30 AM TO WEEDEATER, LEAF BLOWER AND NEIGHBORS UPSTAIRS. NEIGHBORS VERY LOUD THROUGH THE NIGHT. SENT MESSAGE TO MANAGEMENT, HEARD NOTHING BACK.

Pleasant and clean. One suggestion: the rug in front of bathroom sinks could become a trip hazard for seniors like us. A non skip would probably be safer. Thank you the use of your home for our stay.

Two night stay in Branson

We overall enjoyed our stay at the Posh Pad. The only hiccup we had was not receiving check in information prior to arriving at the condo. Communication with the manager went very smoothly and she got us the information very quickly. We liked the decorations and the cleanliness of the condo. Would definitely stay again.
