Relax in this warm and welcoming condo with a view of the 7th hole at Pointe Royale Golf Course. This lofted two-bedroom retreat offers plenty of space to spread out and unwind—just minutes from Table Rock Lake, Lake Taneycomo, and Branson's theaters, shops, and attractions. Features include a full kitchen, king and queen suites, fast WiFi, and a patio for quiet evenings overlooking the fairway.

Overlooking the 7th hole at Pointe Royale Golf Course, this spacious loft-style condo is your relaxing home base just minutes from Branson’s lakes, shows, and shopping.

Step inside and make yourself at home:

This cozy condo is located just off Fall Creek Drive in a quiet, well-kept community. While the location offers peaceful golf course views, you're just 7 minutes from the 76 Strip, two miles from Table Rock Dam and Moonshine Beach, and less than 15 minutes to Silver Dollar City via the scenic Hwy 265 bypass.

Please note: Our unit is up one flight of exterior covered stairs and is not elevator accessible. We’re next to Pointe Royale Golf Course but not part of the resort, so pool/clubhouse access is not included.

Whether you're here to relax on the patio, hit the water, or catch a show downtown, Happy Valley Hideaway puts you close to it all—without all the traffic.

Please note the home is located up one flight of covered exterior stairs with no elevator access.

Chris was very responsive with any questions or concerns. This place has everything you need to be able to have a comfortable stay. Close to everything but still not right in the hustle of Branson. We will definitely check for availability when we come back in February!

Very clean, accommodating and affordable. It met our needs well for this trip. If you just need a “home base” for a Branson visit, this will serve you well. Some of the accommodations were a bit dated, i.e., carpet and general layout, but still comfortable. Would recommend replacing/repairing screen and window covering on the front door.

The rooms were nice. Adequate for my friend and I but small for six people as listed. Had some problems with TV. Manager tried to help but problems with provider it would be nice if host would leave a guide for channels. Kitchen was stocked but the bare minimum. It was close to the strip and all the other places we wanted to see. We are senior citizens and it wasn’t listed as two flights of stairs to condo. I’m not sure we would have rented here because of stairs. The condo was Newley painted and had new carpet all and all a nice place to stay.

There was a terrible odor in the unit. It was there the entire time. My friend and I both felt that it made us feel unwell.Also, the towels and washcloths were very stained. Sheet set had stains , which looked like they might have been bleach. My friends sheets had brown stains.The location was fabulous.Love to the communication and link. Very helpful!

It was easy to get to and close to every event we attended. It fit our small family well better than a hotel stay. The small issues we experienced was the slow draining of the main floor shower and the loose sheets on the main bedroom. Otherwise, we were quite satisfied.

Home was gave a relaxing vibe, never once getting back to the house did we get a bad feeling of displacement. It felt like if i had gone to my grandparents house and just watched tv. Was clean and enjoyed the stay.
