WALK-IN LAKE HOUSE CONDO- Walk to the Marina, Sleeps 4!

Come enjoy a quiet, relaxing getaway in Branson - tucked away from the busy traffic, but still close to the must-sees Branson has to offer! This condo sits near Lake Taneycomo, where you can fish or rent a boat at the marina. Just around 5 minutes away is Moonshine Beach. Located about 3 miles off the Main Strip, you will be close to the popular activities. The city of Branson also has a variety of shows, shopping, dining options, and outdoor activities (even in the winter).

You will sleep peacefully, as the condo features a comfy queen-sized bed and an easy pull-out sofa bed in the living area. Enjoy meals in the kitchen, as dinnerware, cookware, and utensils are provided. There is also a washer and a dryer within the condo, if you are in need of laundry services during your stay. There are two TVs in the condo, and both are set up with Roku guest through WiFi, which is also provided. We thoroughly clean and sanitize the condo between stays. Let us host you for your next Branson getaway!

From the condo, it is only a 5 minute relaxing stroll to Lake Taneycomo.

I stayed at this location Oct 10-12 and sent to the owner direct a list of 9 items that I felt needed attention. I received an E mail back 5 days later saying would look into them and planned to fix 7 of the 9. With that I kept my reservations. On Nov 13-15 stay we found only the bathroom light was repaired. The garbage disposal does not work, no ice trays, no water pitcher, no lamps or other lighting in living room, porch light doesn't work, remote for TV bedroom doesn't work, no bathtub grippes, no shower assist grab handle to get out of shower, bedroom rug stained, all still not repaired. Did repair bath room light even though when we arrived in Oct it was apart sitting on the toilet.The Nov list rear porch light, patio chair seat rusted through, stain on kitchen rug, soap dispensor in tub not working, patio fan very rusty, tub faucet extremly hard to turn on. Walk in lake house with (4 steps and no hand rails) which I commented Oct trip but this is not owner responsibility I was told. Un Happy VRBO user. Inspection needs done by VRBOWon't be back after I was told repairs would be done.Kevin

We have stayed in this vrbo twice. It is nice and close to everything in Branson. The vrbo is cozy ajd has everything we need. The tub faucet was a little stiff this time so might need to be fixed but everything else was wonderful. We love the double sinks in the bathroom for getting ready, the bed is comfy, the candles in the bedroom add to the enviance and there is a cute little patio to enjoy the fall scenery.

The property was decorated well, however for a nonsmoking property it had been heavily smoked in to the point we were unable able to sleep and had to leave the premises early. The bathroom shower had hair all in the tub and the floor was not cleaned. There appeared to be ashes all over the bedroom floor or where cigarette ashes had been dropped on the carpet. When contacting the host we were told the smell must be coming from another unit and they would bring a defuser to help with the smell. However the smell only got worse when the AC kicked on. Overall due to the smell we couldn’t sleep or breathe and this was reason enough for us to leave early.

Arrived after check in time to find the unit hadn’t been cleaned, had to wait for the cleaner to get there and “clean it” putting us behind for our evening plans. After we were told it was clean and ready it still wasn’t very clean found clothes that had be left behind by previous tenants.

Great location. Stayed July 9-12 when I arrived the night of the 9th. Walked in and right away you could see the floor hadn't been cleaned it was dirty and sticky. Went out on patio right away noticed the door lock was broke on sliding door so they placed an old swiffer handle along track to lock it. Walked out and there was a pile of either bat or mice feces by the patio furniture which one of the two metal chairs the bottom is broke and falling out. It also appears they might have a small mold problem above the kitchen cabinets on the ceiling where the register vent is. I did reach out to the host right away. She did reply with I will send this to our cleaning person and that was all. One more thing some might not like the unit right above this one had loud noise every night from around 9:30 and would last as long as 12 a.m.

Not the worst, definately not the best.

Pros: Kitchen has all you need to cook, eat etc., AC works great, bathroom.Downstairs unit easy access to load/unload, comfortable bed, it’s not filthy but definately not super clean, no required working cleaning upon checkout.Cons: musty/smokey smell upon entry (not horrendous def not pleasant)-we bought candles to burn during stay , LR couch shown in picture is not the same one in condo, no light or blinds in bedroom, one lamp was broken-actually just figured out it’s actually 3 of 4 bedroom plugs don’t workand no overhead light, stains on carpet, kitchen rug, transition strip to bedroom was broken. Patchwork carpet and flooring. Damaged, definately not recently remodeled and if so it was a really bad job. Surprised at the 10 star ratings? Maybe some of this stuff just happened before us. Not trying to be mean or hurtful to host just trying to give an honest and accurate description. Maybe an Average Rating just definately not exceptional

Did not say they were 4 large concrete steps with no handrail to get up to the Walk-in condo . Walked In Condo and the refrigerator door handle was broken and shelf missing, texted manager and she said it happened the week before and they were going to fix it. Then the next morning I looked out the back door and there is blue tape on the door and broken glass everywhere. The next day my bathtub didn’t drain, standing in 6 inches of water. I also had a warning notice on my car because I didn’t have a parking pass.. The only good things about this place Was a very comfortable bed a couch. If you need pictures I have those also.

Perfect Little Home

This property was exactly as described. It was small, but perfect for 2 people and had everything we could have needed. My only complaint was that the bathroom rug had zero grip, so it was slippery on the floor and could potentially cause a fall. I nearly slipped a few times, enough to make me roll it up to avoid a slip. That's my only complaint, but not big enough to take away a star.

Quiet and relaxing

Very quiet and peaceful area. It was clean and very cute. Convenient store right up the road, which was great. We enjoyed our stay a lot. It was out of the way of the strip[not too far though), but I actually preferred that.
