The Space:

Each unit can be booked individually, but when booked together, the roomy condos offer enough space for a group of 16, 8 in each unit!



These amazing properties provide everything needed for you to relax in the comfort and style you expect on your idyllic Branson vacation. Wake up each day to peaceful views of Table Rock Lake, taking your morning coffee or tea outdoors on either of the covered patios, where high-top tables for 4 on each offers an alternative al fresco dining option, perfect for casual bites or any meal.



The indoors of each home have been fully updated and feature clean, well-lit spaces with soothing, natural colors and outdoors-inspired décor. The openness of the floor plans allows for organic flow of space and conversation, but ensuring that no matter where you roam, the serene views of the lake remain the star of the show.



Each unit features plush living room seating surrounding inviting electric fireplaces and TVs, a welcome warmup spot for when the cooler nights arrive. Charming dining room tables with seating for a crowd will bring you together for mealtimes or game nights, while additional barstool seating at the kitchen islands is just steps away. The gorgeous and spacious kitchens come fully equipped with all major appliances and will attract and inspire the chefs in your midst to whip up a home cooked meal. Additional amenities include a toaster, two types of coffee makers, and plenty of cookware to complete all your needs.



When booked together, these units sleep a total of 16 guests between 6 private bedrooms, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room of unit 1.



Unit 1:

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower. This room also provides direct access to the patio.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Unit 2:

Bedroom #1 includes 1 king size bed and 2 twin size beds in bunk format, with TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and separate walk-in shower and jetted tub. The room also provides direct access onto the patio.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 15 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.

- THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

- Washer and dryer in each unit.

- Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the attached lot, with an assigned space for 1 vehicle.

- Both units are walk-down units with 8 steps down to the front door.

- The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.



Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to explore Table Rock Lake or nearby Table Rock State Park. Silver Dollar City, only 6 minutes away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme. And if you’re up for a round of golf, the gorgeous Point Royale Golf Course is less than 25 minutes away and the iconic Top of the Rock Golf Course is less than 40! The home is 25 minutes from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
