Relax in to a special place that is fully remodeled with new EVERYTHING! This place is making vacation rentals great again! With quality furnishings, plush new beds, premier towels/linens, you will feel the comfort and contentment of Freedom. Just steps from the outdoor pool, minutes from Table Rock lake and 1.5 miles from the best part of the Branson Strip!! One of the best locations to enjoy all the fun Branson has to offer!



INCLUSIONS:

High speed wireless internet - fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to make meals for a large group - full size washer/dryer (soap, bleach, dryer sheets provided) - iron/ironing board - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper - cleaning products if there is a spill - electronic door entry code provided - soft soap hand soaps - dishwasher pods and dish soap - comfortable furnishings - alarm clocks in all rooms - Smart TV's in every room for streaming - Everything needed for an excellent stay!!



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Primary bedroom has a king size bed (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom two has a full over full bunk bed (sleeps 4) - Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed (sleeps 2) - Living room has a queen sofa bed (sleeps 2) - Queen air bed upon request with bedding (Sleeps 2)

Guest Access:

**Parking: No trailers, boats, jet skis, campers, motorhomes, etc. can be parked in the complex. They will be ticketed and towed by The Vineyards HOA.

**No stairs in this property and it is handicap accessible. Great for mobility impaired.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly and diligently to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

**Seasonal Outdoor pool is typically open from Memorial day to Labor day, this is an approximate timeframe and is managed by the Vineyards HOA.

**Pool hours are 9am - 10pm.

The location was good, quiet place. The house was as expected. There was plenty of room. The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. There were a few things that had wear and tear. The floor had a few rough/broken spots and the couch had a bend in the back like it was broken. The floors weren’t the cleanest but they weren’t disgusting. They had plenty of supplies to stay there. We had a wonderful time over all!

Peaceful and lovely place

Excellent place to stay, beautiful views, peaceful and safe place to stay. Kitchen well equipped, plenty of towels and is furnished as advertised. Definitely will be coming back.

Needed a house cleaning!!

The property and location was great but it was dirty. I couldn’t even guess at when was the last time it was cleaned. Floors needed a mopping there was mold in larger bathroom and shower curtain was stained. Wasn’t even sure the sheets on queen bed were fresh. There were no dish towels in the kitchen. The whole place needed a good mopping.
