We stayed for four nights, July 2-4. The hotel is still undergoing renovations, which is fine. Inside each room is pleasant for the most part. The lot was relatively messy with litter.
The staff are all extremely friendly and nice. 5/5 stars for service and polite staff.
Given the lot was littered a good little bit, I would rate cleanliness at 2/5.
The breakfast was decent, but got old after the second night. 2/5.
The outdoor pool was relaxing and mostly clean aside from people leaving towels and their personal trash around the area. 4/5.
For the price paid during the stay, I would rate the cost to amenities at a barely passing 3/5.
This is a good stay if you’re budgeting a trip to Branson. There are other places that are a little cheaper. However, I wouldn’t skimp on an extra $25-$50 for something on the Branson Landing or going all out luxurious with a lake-side view.
