Quiet and Relaxing 1 Bedroom Condo Near Golf and Marina!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This lovely condo is centrally located in Branson close to all the main attractions of this famous Missouri city. There is marina just down the way to Lake Taneycomo, 15 minutes from Silver Dollar City, and close to historic downtown Branson shops. Stay in and cuddle up with the large 55 inch TV and functioning fireplace with a beautiful waterfront view. All the comforts of home in a quiet condo community with a park & clubhouse.
The space
This is a one bedroom condo unit on the lowest level of the building. There are stairs to the front door to get to, but if you need ground level, the back patio door is level from the bottom parking lot entry. Guests have access during their stay to the entire unit, outside patio and backyard.
We soon will be replacing the floor tile but are allowing guests to enjoy the space until that time is upon us! It is cracked in several places.
There is a park for the neighborhood that is great for outdoor time with children. This is an ideal space for a family with several children.
Guest access
This is a one bedroom condo unit on the lowest level of the building. Guests have access during their stay to the entire unit, outside patio and backyard. There is a park for the neighborhood that is great for outdoor time with children.
Other things to note
There is so much to do in Branson. If you are looking for fine dining, head to Bass Pro’s owned restaurant, Top of the Rock or Arnie’s Barn to woo your sweetheart. Take the family to The Track go carts race track just minutes away. Take a day to yourself and play on the 18 hole golf course right next door to the suites at Fall Creek. You can swim, boat, fish, lay in the sun at Table rock Lake or Lake Taneycomo near by. Shopping is close by as well with the Outlet Mall at Tanger and so many live shows such as SIX, Dolly Parton’s Stampede and so much more. Drop by historic downtown Branson for antique shops, culture and food.

47 Year Anniversary Getaway

This was a first time for us on renting a condo/vrbo and the entire experience was amazing. Our host, Matt, was superb and goes way above and beyond. I have nothing but good views and hope to do it again soon. ❤️❤️❤️

Great!

This was a great quiet little place far enough away from the busyness of Branson but within a 15 min drive of most all main attractions. Plenty of beds and space for our family of 5 and even our little dog! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to a friend!

It was very cute and as pictured. It is in a great location that we love! It was comfortable over all but there was quite a bit of dog hair on the floor in the living area and on the sofa bed when we first sat on it. Also on the blankets that were on the couch. The only other issue was a loud creeking sound in the wall behind the bed when the people upstairs were walking around (they were quiet- just when they stepped a certain spot i guess). There would be a loud creek in the wall. Other than those two things our stay was great!!

This place is a perfect distance to everything. Still quiet country sounds. More spacious than photos. Great communication with owner as well. Highly recommend. We will be returning soon!

Great place!

We were impressed with how clean this property was. We’re glad they allow pets as we were traveling with our small dog, and the entire place was free of pet smells and hair. The property was very quiet, yet still close enough to all of the fun things Brandon has to offer, and many good restaurants. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Branson :)

Would stay here again

Overall our stay was great. I rated our stay a 3 for a few reasons. The washing machine needs to be fixed or replaced. We had issues with that. Towels are pretty threadbare and small. The refrigerator needs a quick wipe down between guests. The kitchen faucet needs to be fixed or replaced. The front door is dirty and not as welcoming as all the other neighbor’s doors that look to be either freshly painted or washed. Also you may want to call a pest control company to spray around the metal frame outside the front door as I saw a black hornet go behind it so there is probably a nest in there. Also we did find a few dead cockroaches in the unit which may need to be treated for that as well. With that being said we did enjoy our stay. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of linens and pillows. Shower was clean and modern. There was bottled water in the fridge which was nice. Unit has a water view and was fun watching geese and their babies, otters, as well as woodchucks. My granddaughter especially loved seeing the fireflies at night. Quiet area. Would stay here again if a few things were addressed.

Great stay in Branson

We were in town for our son’s archery tournament. The location was good for all of the places we needed to go in Branson. The owner was easy to communicate with and condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. This property allowed us to bring our small dog so we did not have to kennel him. This was much appreciated and they even put out dog bowls and a blanket for him! Nice property and great stay in Branson!
