There are two large bedrooms, the master has a king-size bed, a 55-inch TV, a bathroom with a walk in shower and a balcony entrance. The second bedroom has 2 double-size beds and a tv. The living room has a sectional sofa sleeper with plenty of seating and a recliner. A wall mounted 55 inch tv and large patio compliments the living room.



Enjoy the spacious covered balcony, which offers a stunning view of the pool and Ozark mountains.



The kitchen is fully equipped and large with long black granite tops. Along with a fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, there is a Keurig coffee maker with a K-cup and 12-cup carafe option.



This condo is easily accessible, with just short flight of stairs leading up to the top floor quiet condo with vaulted ceilings. It is freshly remodeled with brand-new furniture and flooring.



In addition to free high-speed Wi-Fi, the condo has cable TV in the living room and bedrooms.



Pointe Royale is a gated community with 24/7 access and amenities, is situated on Taneycomo Lake (White River).



The clubhouse is just a short stroll from the condo, featuring an outdoor pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, a kiddie pool, a hot tub, and an indoor heated pool.



A restaurant, fitness center, life-size chess board, Pro Shop, and event hall rental are all available at the multi-million dollar clubhouse.



There is an easy-to-access river for trout fly fishing, an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and basketball courts for sports enthusiasts. Access card provided; all amenities included.



Golf is available during your stay at a discounted rate of $60 per player, this includes a golf cart!
