The Space:

While Luxurious Golf Front and Lake Access Condo can be booked individually, booking together allows you the convenience of having private spaces for spreading out and enjoying peaceful moments to yourselves while remaining in close proximity to connect at your leisure. While staying within the popular Pointe Royale community, guests of these homes will be able to kick off their getaway right on site with access to an abundance of resort-style amenities, such as the indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, and even lakeside trout fishing. If you’re bringing your clubs along, you’re already aware of the variety of surrounding championship golf courses to choose from, beginning with the namesake Point Royale Golf Club just steps from your front door.



Only 2 miles from the home is impressive Table Rock Lake where you can explore the pristine waters with a leisurely boat ride or try your hand at watersports amid the tranquil surroundings. For breathtaking views, take a scenic drive along the Ozark Mountain roads, offering panoramic vistas at every turn. Branson's entertainment scene is legendary, offering a diverse array of shows and performances to suit every taste. From dazzling musical extravaganzas to side-splitting comedy acts, there's never a dull moment in this bustling city. Experience the magic of live theater at renowned venues like Legends In Concert or the iconic Sight & Sound Theatre. Each home sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedrooms include a luxurious king-size bed with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, as well as a TV. The ensuite bathrooms both include a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• These units are top-floor, walk-up units, with 18 stair steps required to reach the entrance.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are required and will be obtained at the security gate when checking in.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This is a PET FRIENDLY home. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
