Rustic Lakehouse! Minutes to Branson Activities!

Summary:
This beautiful lake home is located in the heart of the Ozarks, just a short walk from Table Rock Lake and a short drive to all the Branson activities you all will want to enjoy! Ten minutes to Silver Dollar City, 5 minutes to the Branson HWY 76 strip, and only 5 minutes to the State Park Marina!

The Space:
This 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom home is full of rustic charm and can sleep 25 people! There is a ramp up to the front door to allow NO STEP ACCESS for those who have difficulty with stairs. Then Bedrooms 1 and 2 are right inside the front door, both featuring a king bed with an attached bathroom, but Bathroom 2 has a roll-up vanity and roll in shower to offer HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY! Down the hall you will be greeted by a stone fireplace in the main living area and the open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen! The kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with pots, pans, plates, utensils, blender, cutting boards, and all the other cooking accessories you would need to cook up your favorites! The island is the perfect spot to prep and serve that delicious homemade dinner or take it easy on yourself and enjoy takeout from a number of wonderful restaurants! We also have both a REGULAR COFFEE POT as well as a KERUIG for those coffee lovers! Enjoy MEALS TOGETHER in the kitchen with seating at the large dining table, the bar, and the island!

Gather around in the living room to relax after a day full of Branson activities and turn on a movie or play the big game! Head out to the upper back deck to cook up some barbecue on the grill and enjoy a meal outside!

Upstairs Bedroom 3 has TWO KING BEDS in an oversized room with an attached bathroom and Bedroom 4 has the same set-up but with TWO QUEEN BEDS!

Down on the lower level is the second living room with more recliner seats for another perfect spot to watch a movie or enjoy in-home entertainment with the foosball table, shuffleboard table, and arcade game! There is even a kitchenette in this area for extra convenience and another full size refrigerator! The lower back deck has more outdoor seating and features your own private HOT TUB to relax in the evenings!

Bedroom 5 is an epic bunkroom ready for all your kids featuring 3 TRIPLE BUNKS and able to sleep 9! It has an attached bathroom that also has access from the second living room. Lastly Bedrooms 6 and 7 each have another king bed with an attached bathroom, so everyone gets their own space! Come make some memories at Antlers Lodge!

Guest Access:
Guests will have the ENTIRE HOME as well as access to the neighborhood amenities just down the street including an INDOOR POOL (open year round), an OUTDOOR POOL (open seasonally), and a wonderful children's PLAYGROUND!

The Neighborhood:
The well thought out neighborhood also provides endless opportunities for memories to be made! Just a few houses down is the INDOOR POOL complete umbrella fountains for the kids and large glass garage doors that can open up with more views of Table Rock Lake for everyone! Out the front door of the house and up an outdoor staircase is the zero-entry OUTDOOR POOL where there are more umbrella fountains to enjoy, lots of lounge seating, more views of Table Rock Lake, AND the neighborhood PLAYGROUND for all the little ones!! Then, at the end of our street is access to Table Rock Lake! Enjoy the short wooded trail down to the neighborhood’s SECLUDED COVE! Bring your poles if you want to go FISHING, bring your floats if you want to go SWIMMING, or bring a lawn chair if you just want to sit back and ENJOY THE VIEW!

Getting Around:
Heading out to enjoy all the adventures that Branson has to offer is ideal from this location! This home is located just 7 minutes from the west side of the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities and is only 16 minutes away! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show from the outdoor amphitheater!

Silver Dollar City is one of Branson’s biggest attractions and is only 10 minutes away! SDC is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!

More options of fun things to do on Table Rock Lake, also just minutes away! Chateau on the Lake's Marina is only 4 minutes away and the State Park Marina is 9 minutes away, where renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!
