The space
This freshly updated ground-floor studio is a simple, comfortable, and affordable home base for your Branson getaway.

The entire unit has been repainted and refreshed, with updated seating and furnishings throughout. The open studio includes a king bed and a convertible sofa that provides additional sleeping space. Please keep in mind that this is a true studio, so the king bed and convertible sofa are located in the same room.

Step through the sliding glass door to the patio, where you'll find two chairs and a table for morning coffee, an evening drink, or just a little time outside.

The studio is a great fit for couples, small families, or guests who plan to spend their days enjoying Branson and want a clean, comfortable place to come back to without paying for a lot of extras they don't need.

The unit is cooled with a portable air-conditioning system that vents through the sliding glass door.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire private studio and patio during their stay.

The resort area also provides access to Lake Taneycomo and Fall Creek Marina, making it easy to enjoy fishing, the water, and the beautiful Ozarks surroundings without leaving the resort area.

There is plenty of parking available near the unit, and the ground-floor location makes coming and going easy.

Please note that this property does not have access to a swimming pool. If you're looking to spend a day on the water, Moonshine Beach on Table Rock Lake is approximately 6 minutes away.

Other things to note
This is a studio unit, so all sleeping areas share the same open living space. The studio includes one king bed and a convertible sofa rather than a traditional pull-out sleeper sofa.

Extra bedding for the convertible sofa is provided in the unit.

The studio uses a portable air-conditioning unit that vents through the sliding glass door.

Pets are welcome with the applicable pet fee. Please be sure to include your pet when making your reservation.

There is no swimming pool at this property, but guests have access to Lake Taneycomo and Fall Creek Marina within the resort area. Moonshine Beach and Table Rock Lake are also just a short drive away.

This home has a standard hot water heater and you will need to account for that much like in your own home. If you run out of hot water, please wait 30 minutes for the hot water to produce a full tank of hot water and then proceed with showers etc.
