This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.



Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-up unit requiring the use of stairs, 16 steps.

- There are 2 unassigned parking spaces.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- The home is not pet friendly.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available.

- The communal Outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
