The Space:

This homey condo, nestled amongst the nature of the Ozarks with a fitting rustic design, sets the scene for your entertainment-filled getaway to Branson. Enter the home’s main gathering space, where kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly into one another. An oversized sectional, facing the room’s smart tv, provides ample seating for comfortable lounging indoors. Wall to wall windows look out onto your back deck, where more seating provides views of lush green landscapes and colorful skies.



Back inside, enjoy the stunning kitchen with its charming coffee nook, beautiful open shelving, and all the appliances you’ll need to prepare food at home. Share meals and stories of your Branson adventures around the formal dining table with seating for 8.



This home sleeps a maximum of 10 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo and double vanity. The room's wide windows artfully frame the trees just outside while letting in enough natural light to fill the space.



Bedroom #2 is a kid’s paradise. This room holds 4 full size beds, one facing a smart tv for bedtime movie watching, and the other 3 stacked in a bunkbed formation. Beneath the rustic bunkbeds is a little playing nook, sure to set imaginations in motion. In the center of the room is a table perfect for games, coloring, and crafts. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-down unit without an elevator 17 steps required.

- Parking passes will be provided for 2 cars.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- An additional half bathroom is located off the living space.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

-As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

- On day of arrival all guests will receive a message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge. .

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.

This ideal location puts you within 5 miles of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.



Additionally, you’ll be staying 10-15 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including Table Rock Lake and the White River Balds Natural Preserve. The stunning Table Rock Lake is known for world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and its inviting family atmosphere. At the 362-acre nature preserve, enjoy rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes.
