It will be your hub for adventure to many attractions such as Silver Dollar City, Branson strip, Dogwood Canyon and Table Rock Lake just to name a few. Come home from a fun-filled day to a fully furnished penthouse condo to recharge for your next day's adventure.



The Space:

As you step into the penthouse condo at Notch Estates, you are immediately struck by the stunning views of the Ozarks visible through the large windows. This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo can comfortably sleep up to six people, making it a perfect retreat for families or groups of friends traveling together.



The fully stocked kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare meals or entertain guests. The master bedroom is elegantly furnished with a king-sized bed, its own bathroom, and a TV for your entertainment. The master bedroom also has direct access to the oversized deck, which offers breathtaking views of the Ozarks and the private lake.



The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, as well as its own TV. The living room features a pull-out couch that can accommodate additional guests, as well as a state-of-the-art entertainment system with a large TV. The large windows in the living room offer stunning views of the surrounding hills, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day.

If you are driving, you will be able to park in front of your condo in the designated parking area.



Regarding boat and trailer parking, we do have designated parking areas available for our guests. However, availability can vary depending on the time of year and the number of guests we have on the property.
