Our beautiful property is fully updated and meticulously maintained to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. While our location offers peace and tranquility, we're just a few miles away from Branson’s exciting entertainment scene. You can catch live music, theater shows, and explore remarkable theme parks, including the adrenaline-pumping Silver Dollar City, located just a short 3-mile drive away. Step into this stunning home and you'll feel instantly welcomed by its modern and bright interiors. The comfortable seating invites you to sit back and relax after a long day out or enjoy an evening in with your favorite movies on the large-screen smart TV. And when it's time to enjoy a home-cooked meal, you'll have plenty of space to gather with your loved ones around the formal dining table that seats up to 7. Additional barstool seating along the counter is perfect for casual dining and snacks. You'll love spending time in the spacious kitchen with its wide countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful open shelving. The high-end homeware adds a touch of refinement to this functional yet inviting space! If you have barbeque fans in your group, a community charcoal grill within the complex is available for guest's use.



This home sleeps 7 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.



Bedroom #1 is a private guest suite, furnished with a queen size bed, twin size bed, and smart tv. The room has its very own kitchenette and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-in unit, no stairs necessary.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

- Community pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are not responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.

Retreat by Design is located in StoneBridge Resort, a 3200-acre private golf community offering swimming pools, playgrounds, tennis courts, walking trails, a catch and release lake, basketball court, volleyball court, and an onsite restaurant. In addition to the many resort amenities just outside your door, you’ll be 20 minutes from Table Rock Lake where you can enjoy world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and an inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.



This ideal location puts you within 20 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
