Located just minutes from Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, and Branson’s famous live shows and attractions, you’ll be perfectly situated to experience it all. Whether you're planning a peaceful couple’s getaway, a family vacation, or a golf trip with friends, The Charming Retreat is the ideal home base for creating unforgettable memories in the heart of the Ozarks.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a full size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and a TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

On day of arrival all guests will receive a message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.

• This home is a walk-in unit with 3 steps required to gain entry.

• Portable crib available.



The exclusive gated-community of StoneBridge Village offers many on-site amenities for you to enjoy including the LedgeStone 18-hole, par 71, championship golf course, the LedgeStone Club House and adjoining LedgeStone Grille for your dining enjoyment, a gym, two inviting pools for a relaxing day of sun and fun, adventurous walking trails and playgrounds for the little ones. The home is less than 4 miles from the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes. Downtown Branson, just 10.5 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.

The condo was clean, lovely and perfect for our family!Customer service was the highlight of our stay at this condo. Our family divided our first night. My husband and 3yr grand-daughter arrived at the condo first. He could not get in...had technical difficulties. Within minutes, you called him and trouble-shot and entry was successful. We appreciated the immediate assistance late at night!
