Summary:
Ah, the Gathering Place, a perfect name for this lovely 2-story home with a welcoming atmosphere.

The Space:
The property is lovingly maintained by its active owners which is evident in the quality of the interior furnishings. This rental is ideal for a group who is looking to enjoy Branson’s most sought-after attractions and come back to a comfortable stay.

The open living space boasts a smart TV, fireplace, and access to the screened wraparound deck. The deck is a major bonus to this tasteful abode with ample seating - perfect for a morning brew, evening hors d'oeuvres, or even a family game night!

Back inside, the kitchen is in direct sight of the living room allowing there to be an organic flow between entertaining. Guests can mingle with each other between the couch and the barstools from the kitchen counter. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to whip up a delicious meal from home. A blender, toaster, Keurig, and drip coffee maker are also available for your convenience. Steps away, enjoy meals together at the dining table for 6.

The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 3 private bedrooms. Each space is fully furnished with cozy linens and complementing decor.

Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a Queen bed, TV, and en-suite. The en-suite offers a large vanity and soaking tub for optimal relaxation.

Bedroom #2 is decked out with a King bed, and TV.

Bedroom #3 is configured with 2 Queen beds and a TV.

An additional 2 full bathrooms are fully stocked to serve guests. Both bathrooms offer a shower/tub combo. One is located on the main level and the other is on the second floor.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- There is parking for 2 vehicles in the shared parking lot. As of March 1st, 2023, there will be a $5.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and can not waive it.
- On day of arrival all guests will have to reach out to the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS to show to the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

Downtown Branson, just 10.5 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Everything was WONDERFUL. We were able to ask questions prior to arrival, received prompt responses, questions asked during our stay, again, were responded to quickly, and any issues we had after checking out were answered promptly AND expertly. We had PLENTY of room for our family of 7, with appropriate safety equipment for a younger child (which for an ICU RN is a plus). It was a great location with plenty to do both on the property and close to the property. We have spent a LOT of time in the Branson area over the past 30 years, and we can honestly say this was probably the BEST stay we have had. Thank you! (Sorry, no photos, too busy living in the moment!)

The condo is nicely kept and very comfortable for a big family. We enjoyed the screened porch. But were disappointed that the soaking tub didn't have a drain stopper that worked, so the long awaited bath for mom never happened. The bathrooms needed bath mats for safety. We did enjoy the Hughes Brothers tickets. A worthwhile perk.

There were a total of seven of us that stayed at this property. Three adults and four children (ages 7-11). The upstairs bedroom with two queen beds were perfect for the kids. They had space to play, have fun, and fall asleep together. We didn't spend much time at the home but had a great time and really enjoyed the space the home provided. Pros: -Fast & easy communication with the property manager-Ample space. Large rooms.-Saftey of a gated community-Stocked essentials (toilet paper, towels, glassware, etc.)-Distance to Silver Dollar CityCons:-Tiny shower in primary-Broken blinds in upstairs bedroom -Shag carpet-Distance to downtown Branson-Direct primary bedroom access through garage. This was very strange and felt a little unsafe.-Paying an additional5/per night per car

We really enjoyed our stay here. The main reason we made the trip to Branson was to go to Silver Dollar City’s opening day for the season. This property could not be more conveniently located if SDC is on your agenda. We loved being in a gated neighborhood; everything was very clean and quiet. The screened in porch was amazing and we enjoyed sitting out there and listening for the SDC train whistle. The listing for the property could be more clear in the type of property that it is; it’s a condo/villa vs. a standalone home which isn’t mentioned anywhere in the listing nor represented in the photos. We were happy with our stay regardless, but would have expected for that to have been clear in the listing.

We rented The Gathering Place for a family weekend over Labor Day. Our two married children, their spouses, and our three grandchildren all shared the condo. It was spacious for all of us to be comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed the privacy of the loft bedroom, and our married kids had plenty of room for baby cribs, toys, and gear. The kitchen worked out perfectly to cook meals for three nights of our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for a larger family! The morning and evening views of the mountains were spectacular!! We would definitely rent this place again!

Great place with enough room for our family of 5 plus grandparents. It provided what we needed for our stay, 5 nights. The location was perfect for all of the attractions, shows and places we had planned to see. Best part Silver Dollar City was literally only a 6 minute drive away. This is a very convenient place to stay while visiting Branson. It was very roomy for the six of us. We appreciated having three bathrooms - one for each bedroom. The views from the screened in porch were lovely with all the fall colors in the hills. The internet was fast and the tvs all worked great. We also appreciated having the washer and dryer. When we first arrived, there was a bad odor in the one bedroom. The property manager took care of the situation quickly, which we really appreciated., and we had no further issues The one negative (which the property manager has no control over) was that there is new construction taking place near to the unit, so there was a lot of dust, large construction vehicles and noise. The workmen were very polite and tried to work around our vehicles, and it appears that construction is nearing completion. As I mentioned, the property manager had no control over this, but it was a little bothersome. Otherwise, we really enjoyed this place and would come back again.

The property is close to Silver Dollar City in a quiet gated community. It was clean and all the appliances were in working order. There was some wear throughout the house but that is to be expected on a rental property. We all enjoyed our weekend in Branson

You get exactly what is advertised with this place. Great communication throughout the process, making everything was simple and straightforward. Gated community was great. Central location for all the things was great. We went downtown quite a bit (15-20min. drive depending on traffic), we were a minute from the entrance of Silver Dollar city, and less than 10 minutes from Talking Rock Caverns in the opposite direction from downtown. Would stay again.
