Hotel con piscina a Branuelas

"The Hotel sells itself as a 4-star spa hotel but in my view it is regrettably neither! From a 4-star hotel you would expect a level of equipment (e.g. bathrobe, slippers, courtesy kits, spotless clean rooms) and service (friendly, multilingual and efficient) that Hotel Ciudad de Astorga does not meet: no bathrobe, no slippers, I asked a sewing kit but it was not available. The room in itself is large and with a very comfortable bed, but the wall painting is peeling off and some light did not work and was very dusty. Service as well was unfriendly (at check in) or had problems in speaking an adequate level of English. From a spa hotel you would expect that the guests have free and unlimited access to the spa, while here it must be booked, it is limited to 75' and is charged a whopping €22 per person! So in reality this is not a spa hotel but rather a hotel with a spa and even 3 stars would look generous! Breakfast in the morning was not that of a 4-star hotel. Not recommended."
