“Camera spaziosa e pulita, letto comodo, personale gentile”

“This is a “no surprises hotel” good quality all around, even though it’s not fancy. Breakfast is good too”

“Great staff”

“My experience at Royal Tulip although short, was good. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was kind and available, the breakfast was excellent.”

“We stayed two nights in this hotel. It is the ministerial area of Brasilia, not particularly brilliant (as the city itself). The check in has been long (compared to similar hotel in other country) but probably because of the mandatory local bureaucracy. The hotel is not in good condition. The bathroom has bath towels for one person only. When we tried to use the WC the water from the flush did not worked. We called the reception for both problems. A man came in few minutes with additional towels...

“Breakfast could be fresher, good could improuve.”

“isolamento acústico deveria ser bem melhor”

“usually stay there but this time I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. the bathroom sink area wasnt clean. the breakfast this time was lacking and not the typical options as in the past. the only think I actually dont like is the parking. you either get lucky with a place by the front door or they charge you to park in their garage. in brasil parking has always been free whenever I travel. normally the hotel is decent but this time I was disappointed”
