• We kindly ask that you respect our designated quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 13:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00) windows.
• To maintain a clean and hygienic environment, we strictly prohibit smoking indoors, but you're welcome to smoke on the terrace. Please note that a penalty fee of 500 RON will apply for indoor smoking.
• To ensure everyone's comfort, we don't allow pets or parties in our property.
• Please note that early check-ins or late check-outs exceeding 3 hours from the standard hours will be subject to an additional 50% rent/day fee.
• If you need on-site support outside of check-in hours due to reasons caused by the guest, an additional fee of 500 RON will apply.
• To guarantee a premium hospitality experience, we'll schedule an additional cleaning for stays over 7 nights to change linens, towels, and toiletries, and charge the guest accordingly.
• For safety reasons, please keep an eye on small children in all areas of the property.
• If you require an invoice for your stay, please let us know before confirming your booking.
