Posizione perfetta, praticamente nella piazza centrale di Bratislava. stanza piccola, ma sufficiente per un breve soggiorno. Da provare il ristorante.

Abbiamo soggiornato per alcuni giorni. Di positivo sicuramente la posizione centrale ottima ( centro della città vecchia). Camera pulita e gradevole. Note negative la colazione di bassa qualità, in camera non ci sono canali tv italiani, ed il wi-fi e’ lentissimo.

hotel situato in centro città a 20 metri dalla piazza più bella della città antica. ottima colazione, camere moderne e pulite, personale molto gentile, terrazza privata senza supplemento nella nostra camera. il ristorante annesso all'hotel prepara piatti tradizionali a prezzi ragionevoli.da consigliare.

The check in was quick and the gentleman was very nice and helpful. The room was large, it had a hot water kettle with coffee and tea. The room looked freshly remodeled. I will be staying here when I return to Bratislava.

Das Hotel ist super. Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Frühstück war gut. Ein kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es bei der Qualität des W Lans. Aber das ist minimaler Kritikpunkt.

Good location, walkable distance to all attractions, plenty of restaurants nearby.Clean rooms,ok breakfast, helpful staff . WiFi was very slow,temperamental, TV was not working .There is a Karaoke place opposite and our room was on the roadside, so loud noise coming till late,so not able to sleep properly.

The hotel was clean and the front desk personal friendly and professional. Regretfully, I can't say the same about the restaurant where bad attitude and arrogance of an employee ruined the entire experience and hard work of all the other people. When the issue was brought to the attention of management, and an apology was demanded, nothing was done. Customer service at this location is non existent, and managers are impossible to be reached as after two attempts to discuss the issues with them, they failed to respond or do anything. Ignoring customers is not the way hospitality works.

This is worst hotel I experienced in Bratislava. Never seen a recaptionist during my stay in 3 days. No TV or wifi connection, no work for the business. Bad access for the car due to pedestrian area.

This is chain type hotel with good staff and nice pub and restaurant downstairs. It is clean but dated. Apparently part of hotel is under renovation now. Please change toilets. Enough said.

Good location
The lift wasn’t working on our arrival, the breakfast room was very gloomy and the time could have been extended- felt a little rushed when the foods were being removed. Location to central old town was perfect, was concerned about the Karaoke bar opposite but I didn’t have any sleep issues but suspect this could be different in the summer months
