A warm welcome to our beautiful Apartment No. 7, affectionately known as “Marie,” located on the top floor of our charming vacation home, Harz-Eleganz!
We are delighted to welcome you here and would like to give you a glimpse into this special home, which we have furnished with great attention to detail to make your stay as pleasant and unforgettable as possible.
This stylish residence spans a generous 77.37 square meters and combines comfort, brightness, and a warm atmosphere. As soon as you enter, you’ll be greeted by a bright and elegant entryway bathed in natural light. Here you’ll find a practical coat rack that offers plenty of space for your jackets and shoes, ensuring you always arrive feeling organized and comfortable.
The bedroom is a place of peace and relaxation. It’s furnished with a modern, comfortable box-spring bed that ensures restful nights. The room is complemented by its stylish furnishings, including nightstands, a spacious dresser with a large mirror, and a lovingly designed dressing area with a generous closet and another mirror—perfect for getting ready for the day in style and comfort.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. Of particular note is the built-in infrared sauna with a starry sky ceiling, which features a music function and cedar wood to create moments of relaxation. Here, you can unwind wonderfully and recharge your batteries after an eventful day.
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area invites you to linger. The country-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, convection oven, and dishwasher—making cooking a pleasure! Cozy, illuminated display cabinets create a pleasant atmosphere in the evening. The dining area, with stylish furniture that complements the overall decor, offers the perfect setting for shared meals and enjoyable conversations.
In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa with adjustable headrest and seat depth, a spacious wall unit, and a modern 65-inch flat-screen TV with Ambilight and a soundbar—ideal for relaxing evenings watching TV.
The balcony, with its cozy seating area, invites you to enjoy the fresh air and admire the beautiful view.
All windows, except for the skylights, can be fully shaded, allowing you to ensure a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere at any time. A single-car garage is available for your bicycles, ski gear, car, or motorcycle, and is conveniently accessible via the passenger platform.
