Our ‘Urban Zen Apartment’ offers you everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Braunschweig across 42 m² – whether it’s a short break or a longer stay.

**The flat**
The flat is on the first floor and is easily accessible by stairs or lift. A spacious hallway with a dressing area and plenty of storage space for suitcases and coats ensures a relaxed start to your day and plenty of room.

**Bathroom**
You can start your day in a relaxed manner in the modern bathroom. Towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap are, of course, provided.

**Sleeping**
The spacious living and bedroom area features a high-quality, hotel-standard king-size upholstered bed for a restful night’s sleep. For additional guests or separate sleeping arrangements, the cosy sofa bed with a 140x200 cm sleeping surface can be quickly set up. Blackout curtains, a fan and a 55-inch smart TV provide extra comfort.

**Working**
A bright workspace with high-speed broadband is ideal for video calls and productive work.

**Dining**
The large round dining table forms the centrepiece of the flat – perfect for leisurely breakfasts, shared meals or convivial evenings. Games and books are also provided.

**Kitchen**
The separate, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washer-dryer make even longer stays particularly comfortable.

**Balcony**
Small but lovely: enjoy some fresh air and your morning Nespresso coffee on the balcony.

**Location**
The flat is centrally located in Braunschweig, between the city centre and the popular Magniviertel. This central location makes it the perfect base from which to explore the city.

The ‘Schloss’ tram stop is a 3-minute walk away, and the main railway station can be reached in around 10 minutes by tram. The popular Magniviertel, with its many bars and restaurants, is right on your doorstep. You can be in the heart of the city centre in 5 minutes.

Free parking for our guests – if you’re arriving by car, you’re in for a treat – we’ve managed to secure a parking space for our guests right in the courtyard. A real rarity in the city centre!

- We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. You’ll also find a welcome pack with coffee and tea, as well as toiletries.
- The flat is situated on a busy road, which may occasionally cause some noise disturbance.
- An online registration form must be completed before check-in.
