Ideale per le famiglie, i golfisti, escursionisti, coppie e chiunque voglia allontanarsi da tutto in una tranquilla, struttura ben attrezzata moderna, presentato con gusto, con facile accesso a piedi per tutto il paese può offrire, nonché accesso diretto a piedi al sentiero Tarka , Velator Quay e percorsi per Braunton Burrows.

L'immobile è composto salone, 2 camere da letto, bagno, cucina, garage e strada privata per il parcheggio sulla strada.

Lounge ha una porta finestra sul patio / giardino. Il giardino e patio sono ad ovest e quindi godere il sole del pomeriggio. Il salone include comodi posti a sedere, tavolo da pranzo, tavolino, TV, lettore DVD, stereo e caminetto a gas. Il fuoco gas fornisce calore supplementare immediato su più fredde giornate invernali, primaverili e autunnali.

Radiatori e riscaldamento dell'acqua è a gas. è prevista anche una resistenza elettrica. La proprietà è doppi vetri.

La cucina è stata rimontata nel 2015 e comprende, piano cottura a gas, forno ventilatore elettrico, grande frigorifero congelatore, lavatrice asciugatrice, forno a microonde, in condizioni di illuminazione armadio e lavastoviglie.

La spaziosa camera da letto principale è sul retro della proprietà e comprende un letto matrimoniale king size, armadio a muro così come l'illuminazione lato del letto e scaffalature. La seconda camera ha 2 letti singoli. Una culla foldup è fornita in uno degli armadi. Lenzuola ed asciugamani sono forniti.

Il giardino posteriore è prevista a prato, circondata da aiuole ben fornito. Sul retro della proprietà è un muro di pietra abbastanza asciutto. panchine sono forniti e come il giardino è completamente chiusa con un cancello laterale con bullone è un posto ideale per mamma e papà per rilassarsi mentre i bambini piccoli giocare in tutta sicurezza. tavolo e sedie del patio sono anche previste.

C'è un garage integrale, che può essere utilizzata per memorizzare le biciclette, tavola da surf e golf club.

Tempi di arrivo non prima delle 14:00 sono. La partenza è prevista entro le ore 10. Giorno di cambio è Sabato. Prenotazioni sono settimanali, anche se in bassa stagione pause più brevi sono possibili - si prega di e-mail.

Very good holiday home in centre of large village

Situated on a residential development in Braunton, (which is a bustling village), the bungalow is a short walk from all of the village amenities including pubs, various restaurants (do book before your holiday) and a good selection of shops. It is also very central to get to local beaches, gardens and Exmoor. There are also good walks from the door. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house and felt very much at home from the moment we opened the door. Lounge is really comfortable, kitchen very well equipped, refitted shower room (and power shower) very good and the bed very comfortable. Also the enclosed garden was a bonus as we had really good weather and it was great to come back and enjoy a glass of something cold in the evening! Excellent communication with Barrie (many thanks) from booking onwards. A great holiday!

Bay tree has been modernised to a very high standard, After being in the building trade for 50 years fitting kitchens & bathrooms I really know what to look for , if only more holiday rentals were to this high standard , Dave G

Bungalow in Braunton

The bungalow has a lovely patio to relax in after a day out. It is located close to all amenities, the walk from the bungalow along the Tarka trial to Crow Point is lovely,. Barrie the owner is a good virtual host.

Peaceful break

The bungalow was lovely. The kitchen was very well equipped, although we didn’t take full advantage of everything and the bathroom was also fine. Very comfortable beds, I especially liked having a large cupboard instead of a wardrobe, plenty of room for hanging and also for case and hold-all storage. Overall a very nice bungalow. Braunton has masses of eating places, no need to cook if you don’t want to, which we didn’t. Thank you Barrie.

Great holiday property

The bungalow is in a great location, walking distance from town and all the shops, restaurants etc. It is also well situated for driving to different places in North Devon. The bungalow interior is clean, modern and nicely decorated. It has everything you need for your stay and is perfect for a family of three or four. There is also a nice rear garden for sitting out. Highly recommend the bungalow for anyone wanting to explore the beaches and local area.

Nice stay at Bay Tree Cottage

The process of booking & communication was very easy. The cottage had everything we needed: and was relaxed and comfortable and has a great location within a short walking distance to the town. The garden was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay but just one small suggestion to replace the old chest of drawers in the bedrooms and replace with new storage drawers. Otherwise, perfect, thank you Barrie.

Very nice place to stay, very well equiped and a lovely garden to sit in as well

We were very pleased when we arrived, very spacious, everything was there we needed. A very good location for exploring the rest of the town. Also very quiet which was a plus. We were very lucky with the weather as well it was very hot when we were there, so sitting in the garden was very pleasant with a cold one or two. The only thing we thought might be welcome was a fan as the nights were very warm but it's only a thought. Overall a very comfortable place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Bay Tree was a lovely property, ideal for all our needs. It is situated in a quiet location in Braunton but within walking distance of shops, restaurants and walks. The comprehensive information pack giving us local information was much appreciated. The beautiful beaches and coastal walks are within a short drive and trips to Barnstaple, Ilfracombe and Coombe Martin are within easy reach

Nice property in a good location

Had a lovely holiday here, nice clean house in a good location if you don't want to stay right on the seafront. Close to Staunton beach and 10mins from Woolacombe. Would recommend.
